Had some fun doing bloodborne stylish dancing during battle using the Spotify app and gestures last night. Epic songs like barbie girl, hey mickey you're so fine.
Pretty fun Dodging enemy attacks whilst dancing with gestures to camp music
at people losing 100k + echoes. I lost 13,000 last night and had my head in my hands.
Beat Father G on the 5th attempt - the first 3 times were me being terrible, the 4th I had my strategy and mucked it up, last time DOWN YOU GO.
If anyone is interested/needs help:
Equip a long weapon (I used the two handed axe). From the fog gate, run straight to the first collection of gravestones. Let Father G circle to one side, you stay on the other. Smack him with your charge attack through the gravestones and just keep circling out the way if he comes round to your side. You can chip off all of his health to beast mode quickly and easily this way. Then once he hits beast mode, lob a couple of molotovs at him, job done.
Easy!
In the Cathedral Ward now. Have the door available for
Old Yarnham
, but I bought the
emblem key
instead for 10,000 echoes so I'm busy mucking around in the central Cathedral circle courtyard place. No idea if thats the right place to be, but thats just one of the many reasons I love this game.
Had to stop last night after losing my echoes though, when I get tired I start dying to real easy low level guys as my concentration fades and I get sloppy.
The enemies are so good too. I met a new type last night, just the one.
Basically humanoid, he had small squid tentacles for most of his face and didn't seem to hard too take down, but then once I let him get too close and a giant brain sucking transparent milky tube sprouted out his head and latched on to my face
Do you have a link or more info about this? Seems like a really good way to know what you're chances of getting a co-op game are. Right now I''m struggling to get games in NG+. Though that could be that there are still alot of people working towards it too though
I've been testing it out and it and in my short time in Yharnam Ive noticed:
-I think 1 person gets 2 messengers to represent them. They seemed to be grouped in 2's.
- In cathedral ward atm in my game there would be 4 people if thats how it works. I go to central Yharnam, again by that logic there are 4 people there. So is that a coincidence? Is it counting all of Yharnam as an area.
- Conversely I go the lantern after BSB and there are no messengers. This would make sense as that lantern is sort of in and out. Though with that said ringing my resonant bell out the front has gotten me a couple of games
So I'm curious to know mostly just how much of the area is covered by that representation?
On second playthrough, defeated 4 bosses so far. Even though I have the two NPCs at the locations where you can send villagers to, when I talk to the villagers the option to send them is always "no". I forget what's the trigger to be able to send them to safe havens.

What do you mean by after the nightmare has fallen? I've beat 5 bosses so far (Cleric Beast, BSB, Father G, Amelia, Hemlick Witch), and I just found the secret tunnel that leads to the clinic. Will I not get the important item if I kill her now?

To be fair, even some of the hardest bosses in souls games like S&O are easily breakable with similar strategies. The question is: Doe you want to beat them like that?

Cainhurst isn't so bad. Protip - get inside quick. Theres also a hard to spot lantern right near the entrance if you haven't seen it. Totally awesome area too. From your options I'd go Cainhurst, Reborn one, Nightmare
RIght after you fight Rom you get transported to the the circular room with Agmadala over you, right? I was plodding to the entrance of the unseen village, and the guy just scoops me up, kills me and transports me to the lecture hall.

oh wow, thats kinda cool. He had gotten to me earlier and I think with the amount of hp i had then that wasnt survivable. So I just avoided him later on
So what are your overall impressions? I'm interested to hear from people that have finished all the chalice dungeon depths, still only on depth 2 myself
