FILM TITLE: SPECTRE

TITLE EXPLANATION:

It's an acronym, established in the Ian Fleming novels and the Connery films as the name of the villainous criminal organization led by Ernst Stavros Blofeld.

SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion. SPECTRE. Their logo in the Connery films and in this film (as the teaser poster and the title graphic above shows) is this:
