yeah i think an insider trading case involves a little bit more than noticing that the stock price went down a few days before a bad announcement.

... like, you know, looking at the volume of trading for that day versus previous and subsequent days, who is doing the trading, whether or not there was any other bad news during that time, etc.

I'm not really seeing where you're going with Wii fit and UT3, but all signs point to GTA IV just needing more time to be optimized as possible.

I just got home from a trip to see the news. If anyone would like to give a full update, it would be appreciated. 23 pages is a bit much to catch up on. Just going off of the first page, this is good news to me. The game seems to be having really bad performance issues, and while that is par for GTA games, the more time they put into it can only mean a better game in the long run. It also thins out the overall fall lineup, which again is fine by me. I would love to give the game a good month of my time, and that was just not going to happen with all of the great releases surrounding it for all three systems.
