Buffalo Wild Wings or WingStop?

Quaker Steak and Lube has the best wings as far as chains go!

Quaker Steak is so good, but I never get wings there, only burgers. Also, I dunno if the Buffalo Wild Wings here in Buffalo steps up their game compared to the others, but I've had no problem with them. They're not as good as Anchor Bar or Duff's, but they're still pretty good. I've never even heard of WingStop.

I've yet to find a BBQ sauce that I like more than BWW's Honey BBQ so I have to go with them.

Though my absolute favorite is KFC's hot wings drenched in BBW's honey bbq sauce.

I really don't like bone-in wings unless they are breaded.

I ate at BWW for the first time on New Year's. That place is fine enough but not great or anything. I appreciate their variety in sauces, they let us do up to 3 different sauces for our orders of wings which is really cool. The wings themselves were good enough but some of the drumsticks were lacking meat but cooked the same amount of time anyway, resulting in dry, crunchy, wings.

I like each one for different reasons. Wingstop has delicious and unique fries, while BWW is the only place I've been to that gets garlic parm wings right.

BW3s all the way. But I'm weird, so feel free to disregard my opinion.

I get boneless wings (AKA chicken nuggets, let's be honest) and get like, 15 sauces on the side and play "let's dip the chick".

I don't like just 1 or 2 flavors for wings and I don't like bone-in wings, so it's the best of all worlds for me.

Always passed by a Wingstop I thought its a shitty place. But I might try it out

For wings I like San Diego's Chinese Salt And Pepper chicken

BWWs used to be better like 10 years ago. Everything there feels rushed and cheap now.
It really depends on the franchise though. There are probably some Wingstops that are horrible, but on the whole I've enjoyed them more recently than BWWs.

Wingstop sauces are also pretty good (and they do the standards well) without having some of the funkiness of certain flavors at BWWs like Asian Zing or that awful Jalepeno one.

Wingstop is also far superior if you (wrongly) are interested in eating boneless wings. BWW boneless wings are garbage now. I'd rather get Sonic chicken poppers and toss them in Frank's Red Hot sauce.

My favorite sauce at Wingstop is Cajun. It's a good mix of heat, sauce, and dry rub/seasoning. Either way: try the new place. If it's not as good as the BWW, then don't go back.

I'm in Houston.

I'm in Houston as well and if there is a Wings N More I suggest going there. Otherwise go to Buffalo Wild Wings. I personally think Wingstop is horrible. Been there several times and always have found the food to just be bad. Different locations as well.

None. Go local.

Some of the best wings ever in Memphis are local.

Ching's Wings

They are pretty similar food wise (ok in a pinch but I'm sure you can find better wings in your town) BWW has beer and they are more like a sports bar. Wingstop doesn't really have that bar vibe, they have TV's with sports on, but its not someone I would ever hang and watch a game (if I did that in the 1st place). They bring the wings to the table but you really don't have a waiter, its more of order at the counter place than a sit down resturant.

BWW has better flavors but those Wing Stop fries are great. Also, BWW has $5 off coupon if you take their online survey, so it can be a really good value.

Buffalo Wild Wings is amazing. Never had WingStop, oddly enough. Want to try it out soon! Being from Memphis, though, we have some great wing places around town. ;-)

Ching's Wings

Ah, yes! This. Ching's is incredible.

Wingstop... bigger wings and that honey mustard is killer.

But if you're in Texas though, Pluckers is king.

I'm convinced that different locations are vastly different in quality, because here Wingstop wings have like, no meat on them at all and BWW has tons of meat. It's not even close.

BWW on a Monday seems wasteful. Gotta go BWW on Tuesdays (or Thursday if you want the boneless wings).

BWW for the potato wedges with cajun seasoning. And we call it BW3 here in Houston for some reason.

But Pluckers has much better wings compared to other chains.

Used to prefer Wing Stop until I discovered Thai Curry wings and queso fries at B-Dubs. Add the draft beer and Wing Stop simply can't compare.
