Please change none of the lines. The game's dialogue is just amazing and perfect.
Damn right dicktits! Please change none of the lines. The game's dialogue is just amazing and perfect.
Not me or anyone else I know. :/
This is the first bullet storm thread I've seen and it has like 20 posts. Obviously my "anyone" wasn't ANYONE but the figure of speech.
Campaign co-op please. Did they ever patch out GFWL of the PC ver? If not, free upgrade or bust.
So many great lines in this game. It was so bad in such a good way!I named him Waggleton P. Tallylicker, but I never got the chance to tell him. He will be remembered.
I vaguely remember playing this game. It was trash.

For 12 year olds sure. The writing in this game was so bad i had to mute the voices lol
Self awareness is not funny in and of itself. It's totally understandable that to some people the writing in this game is just not funny, it's not that clever to come up with ever weirder ways to cuss.
I hope that this will be announced soon. I would buy it day 1 for PC.
wouldn't the PC version be just the same? i mean assuming it's just updated framerates and textures for consoles.

I mean, sure it's better than the absolutely brain dead CoD stuff, but Bulletstorm is not, for example, on the same level as No One Lives Forever.
To be fair, very few things are on the same level as nolf.Self awareness is not funny in and of itself. It's totally understandable that to some people the writing in this game is just not funny, it's not that clever to come up with ever weirder ways to cuss.

One day they will. Hopefully. The game is fucking hilarious. That was part of the problem with Bulletstorm; people mistook tongue-in-cheek stupidity for actual stupidity.
One day the gaming community will come to appreciate the brilliance of Bulletstorm.
Thought the same thing haha. Damnit.Let's see if this topic was bumped with some good news!
...Fuck.
I played this when it came out, while the game is not bad at all. Gameplay is solid, but come on. Does not need a remaster version lol

Started playing and turned it off because the stupid dialogue just irritated me. Tried way too hard to be edgy and cool, just came across immature and lame.

I feel like you may have missed the point. Unlike games, like say, Gears, which are most certainly trying to be edgy and cool, Bulletstorm is aping and mocking that trend of games from last gen.

Seriously, I don't understand how this flew over so many heads. I mean, I totally understand that the humour didn't land for everyone, but the whole point of the game was to be a humorous counterpoint to the super-edgy grimdark tone that so many other shooters of the time were immersed in.
While other games were using swearing to appeal to the angry teen demo, Bulletstorm was pushing bad language past reason and into the realm of the ludicrous. You weren't supposed to be sitting there thinking "Oh man, yeah, dicktits, sick burn."

I understand what it was trying to do, it just wasn't very clever.
