I would imagine Ubisoft just forgot to lock it, as I believe they are the ones who changed it and not Valve.

The region-lock was likely pushed out as a result of the price error and people taking advantage of it to the point where it wasn't hard to find keys gained from the error.

Whether Ubisoft forgot to implement it in the first place is anyone's guess. There's talk they might even hard-lock the game, but let's hope that's not the case for those who already managed to register their copies.

Is this true? That is both hilarious and sad at the same time. Why even bother with a physical release if you can't even put the game on the physical cart? Maybe they weren't so concerned since it's likely most people only care about X and not X-2.

Even the worst case cost-wise, Sony might have to pay an extra $5 for a second 4GB cart to hold X-2. They could have even passed this cost onto the consumer. Retail customers are buying retail carts for a reason. It certainly isn't to spend another $10 on a memory card and be tied to a digital download.

I have 4 low profile graphics cards.

MSI N8400GS - $20

XFX HD 6570 - $50 a piece (3 available)

These are all lightly used cards, they were used in media PC's that were hardly ever used, that's why I'm parting with them. I do not have the box for the MSI card, the full size "face plate" for the one XFX card is missing but I believe I have it in my desk at work, I will be checking tomorrow. Otherwise the XFX cards will all have the low profile "face plate" in the box with them.

ASUS P7H55-M Pro Motherboard - $75 OBO

Uses a LGA 1156 socket Intel processor. It's new, but has been opened. Was going to be used in one of our media PC's but ended up not needing this one.
