Capcom E3 lineup: Dead Rising 3 PC, Ace Attorney Trilogy 3DS, MH mobile, MH4U, USF4

Ace Attorney Trilogy is the biggest bomb in that list, sucks to see it still digital only. I can only guess they didn't think Dual Destinies sold enough to justify the Western retail release.

Lame no physical for PW trilogy. That would be a collector's item for me, not something I actively want to play (since i just beat them all right before AA5). Also, does Wi-Fi for MH imply local only?

Nice for localizing the AA Trilogy in 1 package. Will think about double-dipping (still have my DS games so...)

No Megaman game Capcom? Am sad...

Not even Deep Down?
0 current gen projects?
Damn, remember how cool they were in the early 360 years? Way to drop the ball.

i'm assuming this is playable stuff at their booth based on the wording and title selection, so no big surprises/next-gen shit yet

not that weird imo

people assuming this is the full lineup are a tad too cynical- for sure there's going to be trailer displays of deep down and whatever other next gen games they've got planned. but obviously not playable builds on the floor.

Digital only for Phoenix Wright? Oh well...anyone have any idea how big it'll be or a potential release date?

MH4U was supposed to have online multiplayer if my memory is right.

Its a port DR3 isn't anything new.

We had no idea if it was truly exclusive or timed, so it is rather helpful.

The fact that Microsoft has nothing to do with the PC port is rather telling too

Where is Auto Modellista for Vita?!

Fucking Capcom.

Oh, Dave...

I hope the AA Trilogy isn't just ports of the shoddy mobile versions. Pass if so.

Unsure on that one. I think they use the iOS localization?

No new Darkstalkers or RE? No Dragons Dogma? Where the hell is Deep Down?

Complete dissappointment if this is all they show.

I meant for the iphone. I thought it had online in japan, but here it says 'wi-fi' implying local only.

Oh...my bad :)

Pretty thin lineup, and basically many of the games there were already known before.

Hope they will reveal the new AA game in E3 just to get some more info.

For the first time ever for the Monster Hunter series on a handheld system, players will be able to join up with friends over the internet via the Nintendo Network(TM)

First time over the internet? Wasn't Monster Hunter Portable compatible with PS3's AdHoc Party? That made it in fact the first handheld MH to be playable online, no?

WiFi implies connecting to a wireless network; If they meant local multiplayer, they would have said local.

Capcom may be incompetent from time to time, but they wouldn't malevolently strip out online play for a series they know needs it in the West.

They are, but they're much improved compared to the mobile versions. IIRC, the only problem that remains is a few missing animation frames (they probably don't exist I guess), everything else was fixed. May be forgetting things though.

Their known upcoming releases list is horrifically and laughably bad. They better announce some big hitters at E3 (yes I know MH is a big hitter in particular but you still can't overlook their shitty plate as a whole).

And all you needed was a PS3 to make it happen!

This is the first time one has been natively online.

MH3U for 3DS could do something similar, but those were both tunneling-based workarounds. MH4 and MH4U are the first portable MH games to have native online play.

"Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy
...
Experience the original trilogy like never before in clear, high-resolution re-drawn graphics"

High resolution 240p graphics(from 160p) lol.

"Dead Rising 3, an exclusive launch title for Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, will be available for PC"

I didn't expect to see that in the press release from Capcom. I almost spit my coffee out, heh.

When I think back on Dead Rising, I can't pinpoint why I never got into the franchise. Maybe it's just too "zany" for me. Good news for those interested, though!

Just bought an Xbox One and DR3 but haven't opened the package yet. Have i5 2500k o/ced and 660ti. Should I just wait and play on PC and return DR3 XB1? Probably will be better optimized although no one knows quite yet.

wouldn't monster hunter frontier g on vita or mhfu on ios technically be the first

edit: 4 Vanille had online? Oh, then yeah that would be the first.

Seconding/thirding the "Where's Deep Down, new IPs, PS4/Xbone titles", etc. Truly hope that's not all they'll have or that is mega-sad, lol.

I was also hoping the U in MH4U meant for Wii U. I have no interest whatsoever in playing any MH with that awful controller (tried the MH3U demo and desperately wanted the Wii's classic gamepad).

I'd presume these are the playable titles right?

Maybe they will announce something that's still in development.

Umm, with Dead Rising 3 i'm seeing here a Mass Effect situation.
Fiirst game had Microsoft Studios logo... DR 3 PC version is only under Capcom...
