I'm sure the overall score will drop as more reviews come in but wow, pretty high ratings.

Old movies have a disproportionately high RT scores because it's mostly people revisiting classics or cult movies.

I doubt something like the Holy Mountain would have 75% on RT if it were released today.

Some of these takeaways in these reviews, whether they are from people who love superhero movies or not, are almost getting me misty eyed when talking about the character drama.

To think we are getting this kind of pay off to characters (and actors) that we've got to follow on this journey for years to see how that journey has prepared them for this moment is pretty great on a storytelling level. It really does make it like watching a TV show unfold on an even bigger stage which is cinema.

I'm glad I get to witness it.
