Hahaha, I just kind of hate when villains are like "I am evil! Mwahahaha!" But it's just a little personal thing. I'd get over it if they went that way. Thunderbolts just sounds like a thing people would actually call themselves.

I thought Zemo was fine, his use as a villain is effective to get things moving and they actually kept him alive, kudos. I thought it could have used a little more expansion, but then it might overshadow the meat of the movie.
I will say, isn't it a bit too convenient for a traffic cam or whatever that was to capture the car crash on film? In 1991 on a random side road? Not that it matters, it was more for the audience benefit, just stood out to me.

Who knows. I could see him make a great villain in a post-Infinity War Cap movie.

uh a lot. The accords are still in effect, the avengers are in shatters. #TeamCap is hiding in Wakanda. Spidey has his GOAT suit. Tony and Steve still pissed at each other
On top of the Sokovia Accords now being in effect along with both Tony & Steve being pissed at each other, 4/6 of the New Avengers, plus Ant-Man & a now-un-retired Hawkeye, are locked up at The Raft. With Cap busting them all out, they may become the Secret Avengers (similar to how SHIELD operates these days in the MCU). As for Spidey, he now gets to keep the shiny new suit that Tony made him. Also, Rhodey is now paralyzed & requires Stark Tech to walk.

Tony and Pepper might be on a break.
Wakanda about to join the real world.
Zemo is alive and exists somewhere.
Sokovia Accords are still theoretically in effect.
Rhodey is paralyzed.
Bucky is frozen.
Cap knows who Sharon Carter really is.

The last time they are seen together is Cap beating Tony in the final fight and escaping.
But Tony gets a call that there's a break-in at the raft, and doesn't seem too upset about it. He gets a letter from Cap with a phone in it and seems thoughtful, not hateful.

Steve sends an apology letter (plus a phone) to Tony, but their relationship is still hella strained. Said phone kinda indicates that #TeamCap will now be the Secret Avengers, while #TeamIronMan will be the public Avengers (maybe including Spidey).

That's what I heard walking out of the theater. I'm not sure if it was implied, but I know for sure that Cap is in Wakanda after Bucky was put in stasis.

Both of them teaming up for the final 20-30 minutes, I guess.
I guess I'm assuming a bit there. They imply that Cap breaks them all out of prison, then the mid credits scene shows Cap and Bucky in Wakanda, I just assumed the rest of Team Cap is there as well but I guess they could all be hiding in different places

Better hope Tony or nobody snitches on Hawkeye's family and goes to that farm.
That would be interesting, but we also have to consider newbies such as Captain Marvel & Wasp, as well as cosmic players like the Guardians.

Its unclear. The last we see of them is Cap breaking them out of prison. BP is an ally, but I doubt he will take over Tony's role as their backer.
Tony did hang up the phone when Ross called about the Team Cap escaping The Raft, so I doubt that he'd rat out Hawkeye.

We getting Spidey thogawd that entire scene between Tony and Peter is so damn good. I was on the verge of tears the whole time
Yea when half of the Earth's population suddenly drops dead/vanishes they'll be calling for the Avengers right quick.
