Talking Spidey's suit, I love that there's an explanation for the lenses and you see them grow and shrink during action. Only letdown is no Spidey sense effect yet.

Peter's always been fucking poor. Every version of him is dirt-broke. Every one.
It's not like this is Weird Science and he uses the computer to make his suit. Who gives a fuck what his computer looks like. Nobody ever sewed a suit with an Apple II or an Alienware X13 anyway.
I strongly dislike the idea that Spidey isn't really Spidey until Tony Stark blesses him with the Holy Jammies. Not just because it slightly diminishes Peter's ingenuity, but because Fuck Tony Stark.
He way Spidey though. He was doing all the Spider-man things, it's just that his homemade costume was garbage tier.

he has already made web shooters. made them him selves. he uses them on Tony when he threatens to tell Aunt May
It's very believable that Peter would be able to build the suit himself but he doesn't have the resources. There would have to be a lot of suspension of disbelief to buy that Peter was able to build that suit when he's also digging in the trash to find a DVD player.

No, sorry. He used goggles to filter out a lot of senses so he could focus, which is the idea for the moving lenses, which come with the suit upgrade. He already built the webshooters and the fluid himself and had been using them the whole time
