If I can find mens camo jorts I'm totally buying those and making (guilting) my girlfriend into wearing them. MATCHING OUTFITS! OMG, i'm going full on Aggie!
Fuck denim, brah. Go with those shorts for your girl, and throw this on for yourself with a pair of cowboy boots:

So...I was thinking. the longhorn network is ESPN's 8th channel, technically.

To help with rebranding in this conference realignment thing, they should just change their network name to ESPN 8, The Ocho. Nobody would have a problem with it then.

Late response to this, but my god If they actually did this I gotta believe that network would get a lot of hits just because of the amazing reference. They would play some sweet football games when it's in season and play some awesome almost sports if it wasn't in season.

It's okay. That just makes you modern and progressive.

Here's a pic of our LB Mosley (32) mere moments before he has his right elbow dislocated:

Camo is designed to hide the person, not the package. Feel no shame, sir. It's technology!

mre- that looks more like the exact moment it is dislocated, rather than the moment before. Ouch. Elbow sounds worse than shoulder.

Now that I look at it again it does look bowed in the wrong way. The crazy thing is he's listed as day-to-day.

Seems like both our safeties are ok with hurting people. Teammates be damned, someone's getting hurt.

Any more word on him, besides Saban's initial "questionable vs. Florida and Day-to-Day"?

I didn't watch a ton of the game, but I did see your CB Kirkpatrick go down. I thought it might have been a separate shoulder or something the way he got hit and fell, but apparently he was in on the next drive.
With the mounting evidence of that obviously severe injury to the LB, I can only conclude that Nick Saban is a slave driver and putting injured players on the field. He will soon be Tresseled, and Shula will be hired back to give the program some much-needed stability.

Yep. Considering if you take away the points off turnovers, USC wins? Pretty much a textbook example.

The worst part is they were gift turnovers. Give Zona St. credit, but those were two dumb throws by Matt and one really bad job of ball protection by Sexual Baller, two guys who otherwise had really good games.

I don't think we'll ever know until he's healthy again.

Well Golden, you just gave me cancer
I have more cancer for you in the corporate variety. UCF looks like it will be installing one of these bad boys on the facade of the UCF Arena. Actually pretty cool when it will be used for away game viewing. But a big part of it will be advertisements, no doubt.

Video here.

Man, UCF seemed like a team with a ton of heart, their mistakes just sunk them. I'm happy BYU won, but UCF was a gutsy team. By all accounts from the fans in Provo, the UCF fans were classy and friendly as well.

UCF would probably be 4-0 if it wasn't for inexplicable special teams mistakes. Two muffed punts causing touchdowns over two games and an uncharacteristic special teams allowing a kickoff return for a TD...

As for the fans, there are still dbags everywhere, but I've been impressed over the last few weeks. Especially the Boston College games where a shitton of fans wore the red bandana in tribute to the Boston College lacrosse player.

I replied in the other thread that they are awesome. And Iowa is a global brand that some of you lesser schools can't contend with.

I agree that Iowa is awesome at growing corn and pigs. And, as I am married to a West Des Moines girl (lord knows that there IS a difference), I would stipulate that Iowans are salt of the earth type people.

However, their product appearing in a kpop music video is bizarre. I guess you guys are right up there with USC and Fleetwood Mac.

Maybe one of them went to Iowa, I believe a couple of them are American.

...Damn NeoGAF for having a creepy K Pop fan group.
You feeling okay, buddy? Just because Texas had a bye week doesn't mean you did, too. Lazy fuck.

Hey, we have soy beans too! And please don't compare us with that directional school.

The who? If you're referring to Texas A&M's football team, they're no longer the aggies. They're now called the Home Wreckers.

I am not saying this was just another cog in the Great Longhorn Conspiracy

I hope to hell your series with A&M doesn't end and that you're stuck with the Home Wreckers for the rest of UTA's existence.

Nah, the fact that they will still be singing about us while playing you instead of us every year is too delicious. Have fun looking at their overalls with the longhorn logo's horns sawed off!

And yes, they pay us each time they make a tshirt or a patch with the longhorn logo.

fuck that. I'd be screaming transformative use from the roof tops. I'd lose. But I'd scream it.

I guess they are signing about us now. This gets worse by the minute.

Edit: Oh no they actually call it Texas and not UT. Awesome. Good news. Actually the song makes more sense now that they are actually saying good bye. Even if some of the words are gibberish.

I would like to seem them try to shoe horn Tennessee in here.
Hullabaloo, Caneck, Caneck
Hullabaloo, Caneck, Caneck

Good bye to texas university
So long to the orange and the white
Good luck to dear old Texas Aggies
They are the boys who show the real old fight
"the eyes of Texas are upon you"
That is the song they sing so well (Sounds like hell!)
So good bye to texas university
We're gonna beat you all to…
Chigaroogarem, Chigaroogarem
Rough, Tough, Real stuff, Texas A&M

Saw varsity's horns off
Saw varsity's horns off
Saw varsity's horns off
Short! A!

Varsity's horns are sawed off
Varsity's horns are sawed off
Varsity's horns are sawed off
Short! A!

Also, they don't call us UT, nor TU, always tu.

I have always been annoyed by the asshats that refuse to ever call a school its proper name or to capitalize its name or the names of its coaches/players. It's as if they believe that their little bit of internet disrespect is a "win" over their most hated opponent.

Honestly, you don't see us call OU anything other then OU, I wish A&M would grow up.

2011 Tigers don’t deal in imaginary numbers

And if I may add, after a day in Morgantown: If there are open eyeballs attached to certain major conference bigwigs directed this way, may they be downcast with shame at having denied such a relentlessly vibrant program an escape from the Big East. West Virginia belongs in a power conference the way LSU belongs in the national title discussion — like it’s the most natural thing in the world.

I want to see WVU in a power conference, but I fear it won't happen soon. I used to live in WV, so maybe I'm biased.
I don't have anything against WVU, I just don't want them in the SEC. They're welcome to join the ACC, though.

Again, they are in a BCS conference right now. Granted, it's one that is on life support but they have to take some responsibility for the Big East being where it is now, the same as every school still in the conference.

I wish the ACC felt that way -_-

Anyway, I was more posting that article for it's own merits, not just that last line

2006-07 era we had WVU, Cincy, and Louisville all 3 producing great teams with Rutgers having a good year. All 3 lost their coach and made horrible coaching hires save Rutgers who just sucks, and the jury is still out on Cincy and Butch Jones. Add in Pitt annually underachieving, Syracuse forgetting they had a football program that leaves Uconn and USF to carry the conference from 07 to the current situation.

WVU will get back to being a great team, it takes time to rebuild. Same for Louisville, Kragthorpe's complete failure here gets forgotten by most. He took 12-1 Orange Bowl team that returned 14 starters and had the 4th best offense in the country to a 6-6 no bowl season where he blamed everyone from former coaches, to current coaches and players

That's all well and good, but I wasn't just talking about the on the field issues. The conference as a whole seems to have been on a decline for the past 8 years or so, ever since they let the ACC poach Miami and BC. Whoever made the decision to admit Notre Dame as a basketball only school yet allow them to vote on football matters also should have been slapped. But these are just indicators of the management issues at the conference, and that problem lands squarely upon the schools themselves as well as the commissioner.

For example, even though I think Slive is a fucking idiot for this whole A&M debacle, the only parties really to blame are the schools themselves. Without their permission this deal does not go through and we're not stuck with 13 teams and our thumb up our ass.

UAT, uat, bama, bumma, u*, and whatever else they call us. And I know that our fan base has morons in it too, that shit is just so tired and makes the rivalry less fun. People take it too serious.

They don't deserve it, sorry man. Maybe you guys will go to the ACC, but you said a power conference, so that would be a lateral move.
