That was a really bizarre looking return for James, he added a weird skip to things too.:lol
I like him. He covers ground surprisingly well, and can run through arm tackles. He's easily my favorite return guy to watch in college. I don't know if anyone will ever beat Devon Hester, though. That guy was electric. PEACE.

My wife and I had a date night tonight. Last half hour was me F5ing like a mother fucker on my phone. I think she bought something. I'll have try to figure out what it was tomorrow. WOOOO HAWKS!

Whew! Made it out of Starksville for once!

BRING ON MORE BULLDOGS!

Probably not going to be good local media to have your coach smiling so much more than the coach that beat him after a loss.

Also on a side note:

Fuck Pitt.

Your loss to NC State is going to fuck up any chance the Big East has of getting a team into the Nat'l Championship game, since the luck of the Irish has traveled from South Bend to Iowa City.

Why can't you do anything for the Big East conference except screw the conference in the most pivotal moments, like the 2004 Fiesta Bowl, or... upsetting West Virginia in 07?

Congrats to Iowa, it's a good story this year.

I'm putting on my TCU hat (figuratively) for the rest of the year. They won't lose, but man, they deserve a lot of love in the BCS. They have beat Clemson, Virginia, and BYU all on the road. Clemson and Virginia are LONG travels to make, so they're pretty impressive. And they didn't just beat BYU tonight, they thrashed them on the road on Homecoming.

Screw Boise St and their cupcake schedule.

So with Bama, Florida, and Texas occupying the top 3 next week ( order not important ), how would you order the next 5 teams?

Boise St., TCU, Cinci, Iowa, USC.

USC lost to Wazzu so I would put them at #8

the other 4 teams are a clusterfuck for spots 4-7

Bad call by the refs. This is gonna bite us in the ass.

Yep.

Fuck Iowa. Fuck the bullshit personal foul since iowa player acted like he was really hurt.

I hope Iowa wins out and make the championship game. I really, truly do.

You should probably make an exception and drop Iowa a notch after that game. :lol

Bama still deserves it. The kicker didn't push two FGs right, he had them blocked. The team earned that. Florida got carried last week and got another nudge this week from refs. That's outside help.

We kept it under two touchdowns difference which is better than I thought we would against Florida. Only so much we can do with a 4ft QB.

Ya and Bama got NO help. Dude, take the glasses off. Bama is just as beatable as UF right now. You cant tell me your #1 team should have missed completely on an on-sides kick and not even touch the damn thing. Then let Tenn. march down the field and almost win the game if it weren't for Kiffen's horrible time management.

Why? So they get destroyed by a different conference?

I want Iowa to lose one before the season is over.

Whatever. USC would still kick the ever loving shit out of the other pretenders.

USC, Cinci, TCU, Boise St., Iowa.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the WAC.

TCU would make Matt Barkley crap his pants. Boise St, Iowa, and probably Cinci would just get pushed around and ran past by TCU. USC would be the best matchup against TCU, but I'm sure you've not seen them play all year. TCU is for real. I'd say they're better than Utah was last year.

Damn, Pitt is 7-1? Are they possibly legit? Granted they just beat up on USF, but USF is the 3rd best team in the state. That's gotta count for something. :lol

Cody deflected, but Julio can jump.

I love that Kiffen can only blame himself. Kicker wouldn't have to kick at such a low angle if he had gotten the kid closer with his 45! seconds. :lol

hmm let's see

1. Alabama
2. Texas
3. Florida
4. Cincy
5. TCU
6. USC
7. Iowa
8. Boise St.
9. LSU
10. Oregon (could be GA tech)

I think 1 and 3 are pretty much interchangable.

That's Chris Rogers (defense) not julio.

I don't know why they let the offense and defense players have the same numbers. I get confused every now and then. Did NCAA Committee allows that in the rule book?

That Oregon win is a lot more impressive than beating all three of those teams on the road.

Props to Boise.

However, much like the Big East eventually getting hurt by the Pitt loss to NC State, TCU is going to get pummeled by BYU's brain fart against FSU.
