What other option do you have for dealing with someone who refuses to comply? Was he supposed to just stand there and ask again? threaten to call mom and dad? He did his job and he didn't overstep it.

Maybe if I was a trained police officer I would be more informed on the ways to deal with someone not complying other than putting them in a goddamned chokehold. And then, after that, I probably wouldn't fucking hurl the 17 year old female high school student across the room. Hell, get another office in there to talk to her if it is that serious of a situation. (which this clearly was not)
