Well, I doubt it would be a unique Z move at the very least, since Snorlax already has one. Wouldn't make it much of a "unique" secret for the starters in that case.

I just thought about it all these forms are a good way of having a third game/sequel feel fresh without adding "new" pokemon but introduce new forms.

Like if starters have two forms add a third, third rockruff, alola second gen, etc...


I always disliked the third versions because i'm all about collecting and i'd love this.

Well, since the Expansion UB and the Beauty UB appear to be version exclusives, I'm guessing it's gonna be a Ruby/Sapphire kind of deal, where, depending on which version of the game you get, the Aether Foundation will help you out, and Team Skull the main enemy or Team Skull will help you out and the Aether Foundation will be your main enemy. Lillie's UB is gonna be the more neutral party, trying to stop both of them.

This is of course assuming that the three blonds are UBs, it's still possible that the UBs are their "partners" and the UBs just took on their appearance and personality or something.

It is more than usual, but they've significantly throttled back on the new Pokémon reveals over the past month or so- after the June and July reveals where we were getting 6-9 new Pokémon at a time, we're down to one or two at a time.

Between evolutions of Pokémon we already know about, unknown designs and logical deductions (the other Island deities, the third member of the Solgaleo/Lunala triumvirate, etc.), I would not be at all surprised to hear that Sun and Moon had significantly more Pokémon than I was initially expecting.

So Rockruff is the Lucario/Zoroark of this gen. Don't really like his evo. His evo name is based on Rougarou/Loup-garou though, which is fun.

Looks like you can transfer your Pokémon captured in Pokémon GO and they will obtain Alolan forms or something if you do.

Different fights? There are version exclusive totem battles too I think. Story might be different too, like how Archie is a Sapphire "exclusive".

I wouldn't be surprised if they end up being playable, but version exclusive bosses isn't that crazy of a concept.
