Bunch of poppycock damage control. It's a life service game.
I called into michael does life stream (dude who broke the news about the console versions) and broke this news to him he's reacting live
I'm a fan. I loved the game despite all the bugs but just because i like something doesn't mean i can't see the problems. Watching that 2018 gameplay hurt so much...More lies, they are experts.
The question no one has balls to ask them, and they will always pretend this is not true, I mean, the fans is eating.
That is suck a lie lolQ: Didn’t you test old-gen consoles to keep tabs on the experience?
A: We did. As it turned out, our testing did not show many of the issues you experienced while playing the game. As we got closer to launch, we saw significant improvements each and every day, and we really believed we’d deliver in the final day zero update.
Are they serious with this bullshit? They tested the last gen versions and didn't see what was wrong with it? It's just one lie after another with this company.
Witcher 3 was by no means same shitshow, it does not have as severe bugs and also no aspect of it was cut that severely as the Ai in the world and stuff, which was promised. Not the mentioned it actually ran normally on by that time current HW. Played PS4 version day 1, some bugs were there, but in no means we those to an extend of Cyberpunk....If I am not mistaken, Witcher 3 also had a ton of similar bugs right after it got published, but I cannot recall such a huge shitstorm. Well, everybody was focused on the missing grass...
I feel sorry for the developers who were only doing their job. Fuck the guys who decided to release it.
I may sound overly aggressive, but I'm not actually upset about the situation at all. I do see straight through bullshit videos like this though. I'm not sour on CDPR and I'll probably buy their next game too, but this situation is what it is and CDPR acted mega shady.
Calm and consideration lying...It's the appropriate look, really, for asking for patience and understanding. Contrast that with other companies: when vanilla Destiny 2 was on fire, and players left the game in massive numbers, Bungie were still posting memes and trying to be funny. The community reacted with the calm and consideration you'd expect from the internet: death threats, insults, and a hundred threads a minute asking for resignations. They didn't post too many memes after that.

It had stuff like npcs t posing, invisible enemies, bosses who got froze in time, npcs heads detaching from their bodies and other glitches which got fixed after a few patches. Just do a search on YT and you'll find that stuff. There were also a couple of game breaking bugs. I mean most of the things we experienced in CP were also present there. What troubles me the most is the enemy AI, the lack of balance which makes you extremely powerful in a short amount of time, the chaotic inventory... Just to name a few that come to my mind right now. Not to mention the content missing from the street kid prologue (don't know if the others feel the same).Witcher 3 was by no means same shitshow, it does not have as severe bugs and also no aspect of it was cut that severely as the Ai in the world and stuff, which was promised. if they admit to it they would be up for a lawsuitQ: Didn’t you test old-gen consoles to keep tabs on the experience?

just shut down the company and fire everyone marcin. nothing you say or do will make the gaming community happy. look at your face and compare it to my avatar. you aged 20 years since the witcher 3. cdpr is done.
well either that or you can do what bethesda did after the fo76 embarassing launch. deny everything and release a 5 second teaser for the witcher 4 and everyone will forgive you.
mega shady like giving their money back to everyone that asked for it even after they finished the game?
The thing is, investors are a faceless and nameless amalgamation of people behind the scenes. They control the development schedule and have final say about when the product will launch, but we as consumers will never see or interact with them. Therefore, the studio with employees that speak to us through social media platforms on a near daily basis become the easy and unfortunate targets.Yet people are cussing those people that poured their souls out making the game and nobody even mentioned the investors and top dogs. They’re the reason for this mess! You think the studio didn’t know that the game needs more time? The studio wants to release the game while they knew they aren’t ready? Absolutely fucking not! Nobody works for YEARS just to give something broken to the world. Pointing fingers is easy, blaming the developers is also easy. But if people are smart enough they would’ve known that this whole situation wasn’t created by the studio alone. It’s always easy being an ignorant and just blame the first thing you see in front of you.
Mega shady like releasing a knowingly broken product that needed refunding in the first place after covering up the footage with selective review copies, restricted embargo footage and flat out saying the console versions were running "surprisingly well". Yeah, shady like that, but that's just the tip of the iceberg before I go into more about Cyberpunk and CDPR.
He's an underrrated, weird, crazy but insightful dude who's refreshing among all the Youtuber drones out therelol, at this point Im convinced this is either you or your husband.
I never saw someone simping for streamer/youtuber so hard.
Jesus, that screenshot in OP's post looks terrifying. Dude looks like he's lost his soul.
I hope crowbcat's next video includes a tell me lies segment.

There are much easier ways to make money than by making huge AAA games. And CDP had some 200 million USD in the bank (and zero debt) before Cyberpunk even launched. Money is important, but isn't the primary driver or motivation here. In hindsight if they could have gone back in time and delay one more time, I am pretty sure they would have."Deeply sorry". Sure, I bet they were in tears counting that sweet 8 mil pre-order cash pile.
So, I JUST discovered a thread where people were asking the same question. At the top of his latest/last video there's a comment where he says he's working on a Cyberpunk video and isn't sure when it would be coming out. Just some time in 2021.Is (or are) crowbcat still making videos these days?
We want for them not to tease a game for nearly a decade, delay game 3+ times in the name of quality, deliberately hide the condition of the console version weeks leading up to release, and then deliver a broken mess. Offering a refund is not a remedy, it's something they SHOULD do for those who want it.and then they gave everyone their money back if they wanted. again even after finishing the game. what more do you want? for them to get flogged in public?

I didn't think nextgen patch would be that far out.

Again, a refund is not a remedy. Should I feel happy after I order a steak at an expensive restaurant, wait an hour for the food to be served, and then bite into a raw piece of meat? No, I'm going to be pissed off and a refund is still not going to make-up for the disappointment and lost time. I'm not saying they owe me anything more, but first impressions are everything and they will never get that back with a game that had all the components to have rivaled or even surpassed Witcher 3 as all-time great RPG. I'll always have a sour taste in my mouth when playing the game, even when it's fixed a year later.they did. now what do you want?
