Just watching 30 seconds of this asshole made me nauseous. Child abuse it the most vile thing of all.

Add this to the "lol pranked you" and you've got the most perfect piece of shit if all.

So this is a world where child abuse will net you a little over 700,000 subscribers.

Fuck off Bruce Willis, let that asteroid do its work.

Imagine if they weren't white.

Hopefully, the whole "exploit your kids for YT bucks" trend dies off, but as parents of child movie stars have indicated for decades, fame is more important for some.

The man now has a gaming channel? Did he always? And there's a video of him playing PUBG with over 80,000 views.

Mental. XXXtentatcion and him should hang out and compare notes.

Man the mental abuse in those videos is on another level. And thousands went to defend the shit.

Because we live in a world where entertainment is more important than empathy. Through the lense of the internet all of this becomes a virtual reality, and people just don't care anymore.

That's why you have morons defend Pewdiepie being a blatant racist. That's why you have people defending this human garbage pile abusing his kids.

Seriously he gets to keep his channel? What the fuck, YT is trash.

Child abuse is obviously ok with advertisers.

They couldn't even admit responsibility as adults to help these children cope with the abuse they suffered for so long in public, to admit what happened was wrong, and they entered an Alford plea. So in a final act of harming these children they stood up in court and said "we did nothing wrong but sure you got us, bro" and the court essentially agreed and gave them the equivalent of a stern warning.

I hope for the best for all the children involved, and thankfully at least the two who escaped have it better, but they were let down yet again, only by the courts this time.

Oh, and yeah, youtube too. Whatever regulation is coming for youtube, they will damn well deserve it.

YT refuses to accept that it is in any way responsible for the content it broadcasts. It's such a stereotypical libertarian Silicon Valley outlook its depressing. At some point I hope governments get involved, and get involved hard, to regulate this.

I can't wait for Philip De Franco to do a video on this, he worked hard to get this publicity and worked with others to secure copies of the deleted video's and passed them to Police, just 5 years probation seems exceptionally lenient for what occurred in the video's!
A small morsel of sense seems to be not allowing them any sort of access to Cody and his sister.

For those that haven't seen the video's I'd both recommend and not recommend you watch some of the video's surrounding the case (DeFranco does some great summaries), this shouldn't be swept under the rug but it makes for awful viewing

Yup, i can point to lots of movies where child star's parents could be taken to court for neglect.

5 years probation...

5 years probation...

I mean, this isn't just "exploiting your children for YT money"
This is "A visual record of abusing your children"

TBH, these kids would likely not have adjusted well to CPS either. As much as I would like to have seen the two do time, at least making an attempt to rehabilitate is probably the better thing to do.

Youtube is so weird about where they draw the line. Anything even mildly pornographic will be instantly removed, but videos of Neo-Nazi propaganda or guys knocking their kids across the room stay up.

I saw someone called cringe god or something, who re uploaded some of the shit this guy did, and it was extremely disgusting behaviour. Felt like Luka Magnotta lite version of addiction to likes.

Fucking 5 years probation for child abuse. He should be in jail getting his ass kicked for what he did to those children. No telling how much damage he has done to them mentally.

People continue to do worse things just to be noticed on the internet, not just for money

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?
"In other videos, Michael Martin is seen pushing his son Cody Martin into a bookcase, giving him a bloody nose and ordering one of his stepsons to slap his daughter, Emma Martin, in what he deemed a game."

This is disturbing.

If that's the behavior on video, I don't even want to imagine how bad it could potentially be off-screen.

Some of these popped up on my twitter feed maybe two years back, and my entire TL was trying to figure out what was so funny about them. And they were the relatively tame ones where they were yelling and cursing at their kids and making them cry.

Like, what the fuck? YT pipo be wildin

Tmartin gets off Scott free after scamming kids out of money, PDP makes anti-Semitic and racist "jokes" and these fucks avoid jail time for blatant, chronic child abuse. It used to be you had to have an Oscar or a Heisman to get away with this shit, just a successful youtube channel now.

Jesus.... Are the kids taken away or are they allowed to keep em? They don't deserve to parent them unless they change their crazy behaviour alot.

This couple has more children than just Cody and Emma:

The couple’s three other kids — Heather Martin’s biological children and Michael Martin’s stepchildren — were not a part of the investigation.

GTFO with 5 years probation. There's 300 videos of them abusing children but all they get is probation. Its really disgusting.

Makes you wonder how these kids are gonna react and how Cody and Emma are gonna react when they're old enough to actually do something to their father. Hoping we don't hear anything on the news in 5-7 years.
