I eventually got in. When error appeared, I hit back, then continue again. After a bunch more tries it finally popped up saying redeemed, and I could start the download

Finally got the damn thing to work via SEN store on the PC. It's downloading now.

A whole half an hour later, step your game up Namco/Sony.

There's just too many people trying to redeem it at the same time. Keep trying and it will eventually work. Had to try 3 times to get it to the product screen, and another 5-6 times to get it to the download screen.
