But Batman and other acrobats need the underoos when wearing tights.

Superman, Wolverine and the rest shouldn't need them since they're more inclined towards feats of strength. But if it's already a choice between having them in either tights or scaly armor, then I prefer tights.

And I really like Some of Dresden Codak's (sp) redesigns.

Technically every villain is probably the Anti-Batman since they are the exact opposite of Batman's morals. They should be called evil doppelgangers, or Nega Batman (like Nega Duck). Venom is probably the best negahero.

Also, I think Superman has a good rogue's gallery, at least in the Animated Series. Lex Luthor, Darkseid, Mr. Myzxplix (who probably came the closest to getting rid of Superman for good), Braniac, Metallo, Intergang etc. Also some good B-villains like Parasite and Toyman. They all touched different buttons and made Superman seem like he wasn't just completely invincible.
