Ugh this is the crap that annoys me about Destiny. How many god damn scout rifles have I dismantled already? Who knows! Would be great to at least be given a hint that I should maybe save them...Wow looks like a great guide
Dismantle them. You don't need to be hoarding stuff like that and the blues should have been given the boot long ago.
Just filled up man. Sorry
They probably meant blue weapon mods as once you reach 280 these can be converted into purples.Cool, thanks. Thought I saw someone mention something about saving blues for the Gunsmith or whatever, but I guess I misunderstood.
I'm going to happily get rid of around 1,000 blues now.
The first thirty seconds of the raid already make it the best raid ever.
The villain actually talks. That beautiful fucking aesthetic. All those Cabal that simply stand and watch as you enter the ship. It's all so great. And I love the premise of the raid so much - this big Cabal emperor inviting us in to test our Light. So cool.
Trying not to see anything spoiler but, what does the gear drop at in the raid? 300?
Anyone for nightfall ? I am 277 and my friends 267

I'd be down to play with you guys. It'd be my first time doing Nightfall though. Level 284 warlock.
They have been for everyone since I can remember.Raid Checkpoints are still only for the fireteam leader, right? In the event we don't finish it tonight, I want to at least know how to save my progress.
Join on me man. PSN is abylim

What part are you at? Because the checkpoints are weird in this raid.
I haven't started yet. Was just wondering in advance. What part are you at? Because the checkpoints are weird in this raid.

Ah okay.
There isn't a checkpoint until the third encounter.

Every time I do a public event, I get two pieces of blue gear that are, if I'm extremely lucky, 1 level of light higher than whatever is currently in that slot. More often than not, they're they same or 1-2 levels lower. I've played for three hours today and gone from 226 to 228.
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but at this rate I'll hit 260 in a few months.
Wow, really? Luckily we made it there.
Before or after it? Is there some confirmation of the checkpoint in game?
Yup, taking a quick trip to the tower and loading back in was devastating to be back at the beginning.
As soon as you begin the third encounter you get the checkpoint. There's no confirmation that you have it.
they suck lol
Just want to reiterate how such fun little things Adventures are.

Yea but pretty useless end game unfortunately.
Just played a PvP game, tied 62 each with 5 seconds left, we have to flags each team trades a kill - we lose 65-64... ok.
Turn in your rep tokens get loot repeat
It doesn't matter. Turn them in.Aren't you supposed to wait until like 259 to do that?
They are...but I feel Lost Sectors/Adventures are wasted currently, there is little incentive to do them. I hope Bungie has more planned for the end game, right now it is very thin. Really surprised after D1 the end game is as thin as this. At least a few heroic Lost Sectors/Adventures every week?
Yep, I am blown away Bungie has done nothing to address the end game. It's worse in D2, because the game showers you now with Legendaries, and exotics. The game needs more than NF/Raid every week, it needs more content with meat to it.
It doesn't matter. Turn them in.
Look, sure if you want to power level. But for the casual player it is not going to matter and it will save this player the stress of trying to grind out blues.Isn't it better to wait until 259? That way the purple gear you get, will be quality stuff.
Pretty easy to fix also. Complete 5-10 flashpoints a week for a powerful engram, complete 10 different lost sectors in a week for a powerful engram, complete all the challenges in all 4 worlds in 1 day (once per week), etc.
