Isnt this game cpu light? Is be surprised if a core i3 wouldnt suffice for 60 fps. He could cut down the price by a couple hundred between that and a cheaper MB. Can also get a basic kb+m for like 30$. Ssd isnt needed that saves another $150
Destiny 2 uses up to 8 cores. Also, buying a 4 core CPU, you're really limiting the long term potential as more and more games are using more than 4. 6 is minimum in 2017 IMO, 8 is ideal. And I would never build a computer without an SSD as of 2015 or so. The difference in response on
everything is huge. Lastly, he could save some on the KB & M but why spend $1000+ on a PC and then cheap out on the part you touch every time you use it? Just spend a lil bit more and get something that feels nice.
The build is already coming out in the lower range of what he expected, I wouldn't cheap out more personally.
