Rip open the door super fast as the bowls fall, grab the first one and toss it high into the air, repeat this process until you run out of falling bowls.
Juggle the bowls a bit, then stack them neatly on the bench one by one.
Cut a hole near the china in the glass, then inject the expanding foam. Let it expand so that it covers/supports the bowls. Then let it dry. You should now be able to open the cupboard without smashing any bowls. It may not be the prettiest solution but it's a solution nonetheless.
