The daughter could've been her mother's "care worker," receiving funding from the state to take care of her. Clearly she was doing a terrible job if this were the case.

Thanks man. I just spent a half an hour watching larvae being pulled out of people, cats, and dogs. The ones where they squeeze them out of dogs in the Gambia are insanely disgusting. But I couldn't stop watching.
