All Bandai Star Wars kits will be removed from the international HLJ.com site on 9/20. So if you were thinking about getting any now is your last chance. I highly recommend these kits. They are full of detail and very well engineered.
They won't go into details but it's pretty easy to see what happened. Just my conjuncture that I'm going with: Disney ultimately made the request to Bandai since their license is only for Japan/Asia. But I don't think Disney would have done so if not provoked by Revell to do so. Ultimately I think it's Revell behind the whole mess since they just made their own line of kits for the movie which are horrible compared to Bandai's. I hope that the ban will be lifted after a certain point next year...
Also hope this won't discourage Bandai from making more Star Wars kits or slowing down their releases at all.
