Probably the reason Y'shtola is in other than having already been picked as FFXIV rep before is that she's actually quite unique for the roster - she's the white mage archetype and nobody else in Dissidia previously was one really.
She's got Blizzard though, that's bullshit. You can't crossclass that!

Doubt it, since JP gamers would reverse import it unless they made the title region locked on the PS4 which most def would blow up in their face if they did do something that stupid.

Am sure we would not see a console version for some time till they make back whatever was invested into the title in the first place.

It would be similar to the Gundam Vs. scene where we need to wait a pretty fair amount of time till the next one is released.

To be fair, Minfillia isn't exactly a fighter.

However, I was kinda hoping for the Adventurer represented by Generic Midlander Dude from the FMVs. Dissidia could use more Axe-users, and the Adventurer could have used "The power of the Echo" for an EX Mode.

I still think Gaius is the most likely choice for a villain from XIV. The guy already has a pretty good moveset for Dissidia.
