Buff? Nah just physically fitt i think. Really buff gives the impression you're insecure and obsessed i think.
In general that it is.

I'm really tall, so I rarely get that whole 'picked up thing'.
Husband does it sometimes, but I'm damn near as tall as he is (5'9 vs 5'10) so I worry lol
Oh the cheekbones thing, someone once told me it's not uncommon to be attracted to traits you have yourself :/ Not sure if that's true or not?
I may not be hot or anything, but I do have some damn good cheekbones.

Yeah you're the Arnold category. Just loving the iron. But in general i think people consider really buff men to be overdoing it. Over compensating for something. Whether it's true or not for that particular person.? I'm bigger than almost everyone I know besides a few pros and I FOR SURE am not insecure. But again I lift because the feeling of the pump is like nothing else.
Now if you have a guy come up to you and the only thing he wants to talk about is how strong / buff he is than ya, brosef is insecure.
you, i like you

I'd be jelly of dem cheekbones if I didn't already have some rockin' cheekbones myself. :3
That's a shame! Tall boys FTW. I'm 5'8" and my ex boyfriend was 6'2" I've grown so accustomed to that sort of situation I don't know how I could adapt to anything else. Still, he doesn't have to be that much taller to be able to overpower you. It's great for when your body says TOO MUCH and pulls back but your mind says MOAR. Your partner then goes ahead and makes that decision for you and drags you back in.
Stop me if I'm going too far. ¬.¬

Yeah i understand. At some point the only thing you see are points to improve. And the feeling is daaamn good. The feeling of pushing iron and going through your pain barrier that is. Sometimes it feels like a nice xtc kinda fever through your body, if you know what i mean (maybe not the best way to describe it).You know what though I just noticed that poster posted "obsessed' and that part may well be true. Seriously it takes up a large portion of my life 7 days a week. Is it worth it? Maybe not. I seriously am probably addicted at this point and that user makes a very fair point. At first I focused on the insecure part which not all (But some) heavy lifters have. For sure though its become an addiction.

That feel when your guy flexes his biceps and you can literally hang off of his arm.

Eh, I'm more about legs. I wanna wrap myself around a guys legs like a koala bear. I'm probably not dainty enough to do this, but oh well.
Oh and there's this
sigh
The best part of being in a relationship is all the goofy stupid things you get to do when you're around each other. Feels so good to just unleash the inner dork demons.
RIGHT?!
Its true! We all focus on the physical things but nothing at all beats when you are so comfortable with your significant other you can just be silly and fart and stuff. (Yes GAF I just went there! Come on we all do it.)
That's when I knew that the person I was with was the right choice. Of course I was attracted to her physically when I first met her but once I realized we could nerd out and just do stupid stuff together..............that is something special.

how tall are you?
One of my fondest memories was standing on the opposites sides of the room with our dog in the middle making cave man and woman noises and flailing around. Freaked our dogs shit. If anyone saw us they would have had us committed.
5'4. However I also lift, and have a slightly more stout body type. I can range from 120-130.
I assume most do, but ultimately I don't really care.
When you start out working out, it very often is to "look good naked and get poontang", but then you start to appreciate the art of lifting for itself, of the dedicated quest to become a finer human specimen and you stop giving a shit about what other people think - all you care about is looking into the mirror and see a God stare back at you.
I am more attracted to faces than body types, but I tend to prefer tall and skinny. My SO is like that, a bit lanky and I dig it.
The men I find the most beautiful right now are:

and

The former is sometimes shirtless in Hell on Wheels, and he's pretty buff, though completely hairless. A bit too "clean", not my favourite body type, but, really I couldn't care less. And the latter hasn't removed much clothing in Sleepy Hollow... yet. I'm still hoping. xD Though he's probably sexier with that period coat. >_>
Oh god, when Tom Hiddleston did that Comic-Con thing as Loki OH MY GOD.

OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD.
Okay, ladies: how about, the NOSE?
Some women do. Some women don't.
Being individuals, we have varied tastes, just like men.
I like big noses, with prominent bumps. Apparently that's not normal.
I want to do that with my girlfriend sometimes but she always refuses, feels bad (she's 5'8 I'm 6'3)I'm really tall, so I rarely get that whole 'picked up thing'.
Husband does it sometimes, but I'm damn near as tall as he is (5'9 vs 5'10) so I worry lol
:O
And here I thought that was my worst feature!
That's sad. I see so many people with noses I consider attractive say they're going to get rhinoplasty, and it breaks my heart inside.
Mmmm Eric...

So you think 95.4% of women have identical preferences in men?
