Do you kill insects?

If on the street, never, i'm in their habitat.
If they invade my place, of course. And tell your friends not to trespass.

When I was a kid I did but I haven't for years, willingly anyway. Why kill something when you can pick it up and put it outside. Why don't you have a choice?

No, I can't bring myself to kill anything. I even trap spiders and take them outside. I don't know what I'd do if I ever had a roach infestation.

Unless they're shit-tier like cockroaches and yellowjackets or dangerous like mosquitoes or fleas, I generally try to avoid mindlessly squashing them.

Never outside. I try to avoid it indoors, and even carry it outside if it's something like a spider. But if its a pest, such as a fly or a roach, I usually kill it.

Nope.

Even when I find them in my house I try and get them to leave naturally by opening a window, or putting them on a tissue and throwing them out.

It's similar to my Metal Gear Solid play-style. Everyone except the bosses.

If they're easy to catch and throw outside, I usually do that. Spiders and stuff are easy to catch on a piece of paper and then shake them out the window. If they're not easy to catch or if it might be dangerous to handle them, I'll crush them and flush them.

I don't kill animals on purpose, but I probably kill thousands of them when, for example. ridinh a car.

The exception I make is for self-defense. If a mosquito is trying to take my blood, it's fair game to kill it.

(also spiders aren't insects)

Outdoors? No. In my house? Depends on the bug. Ladybugs, bees, spiders etc? Nah. I'll try to guide or toss those outside. Misquitos or shit that's too small to even identify? Yup.

Ants. Hundreds and hundreds of ants.

And cockroaches. Die. DIE.

Crickets are cute and I will liberate them.

I just pick them up and put them outside for the most part, wasps and bee's I will give a chance to fly out but if they take too long they get killed.

I kill anything that enters the house except spiders, bees, moths and ladybugs; I have a 2-foot metal rod and piece of cardboard I use to try and escort them out the window :o

I kill spiders on sight if they're in my home. But otherwise no.

I used to kill insects all the time when I was a kid, though. I would throw ants into spiderwebs and put snails in the middle of the road to get squished. I was a sick little fucker. Lol.

No. If they end up being an annoyance then I catch them with a glass jar and take them outside.

I think it sad how some go out of their way to kill them. I always think that the fly/spider or whatever didn't have a choice in being born as that, and they're just trying to live their lives.

No mercy for mosquitos and wasps can fuck right off if they try to build their nest in my room.
Had some of those fuckers crawl into my window's frame when I left the window open. When I closed it, the frame buzzed angrily and I knew they meant business. Couldn't get them out, so I glued a thick piece of paper over the hole, since I figured out that would contain them.
When I come back, I hear scraping noises and see a wasp trying to bite (?) through the paper, so I grab an old CD, crack it apart and glue one of the pieces to the hole.
A few days later I removed the cracked cd part and sure enough they came crawling out of the hole, only to fall to the floor and die.
Tough shit, shouldn't have messed with my window.

Bees are bros as are spiders and various other kinds of insects, they get relocated to the garden. Once it gets warmer, our garden buzzes with all kinds of flying critters (except for wasps, they are removed immediatly, fuck them).
I'm really glad we don't ever get hornets.
Fuck wasps.

Mosquitos everytime. Also electric swatter is fun to use.

I kill them on sight ever since I learned ants go back to their homes and tell other ants how to get into your shit.

Wasps and bees get no mercy from me because they certainly aren't going to give me any if they manage to land on me. I've been stung too many times.

Flies inside die. As to mosquitoes. And small little flying things in front of my face.

Other than that, I don't really bother with them

Wasps, Mosquitos, Ants when they enter my home. I Don't like spiders that much but they are so useful. Same with bees. I generally don't like insects coming close but trying to avoid the killing as much as possible.

Outside no, I try my best to avoid stepping on them if I happen to look down and see them outside.

Inside yes since it's usually a fly or mosquito. For some reason the sound of a fly/mosquito buzzing in my ear makes me go ballistic.

In the house, I do my best to relocate spiders. Beetles and woodlice are normally reduced to their base components.

Daddy-long-legs are annihilated on sight. I hate them with a passion.

not anymore. never even thought about it until i had a girlfriend who looked at me like i was a monster for killing an innocent spider, and it made me question it for the first time and i had a very holy shit what have i done moment

Rarely. I observe them outside or leave them alone. Most of the insects I come across inside are the helpful variety that eat pest insects or are harmless and indicate things like the weather or if where I'm living is damp, etc. I used to collect some types of bugs I'd find outside in jars, like snails, then release them and their eggs when they started breeding. O_O

So, only when they're dangerous- and even then I simply do my best to avoid or redirect them outside. I'd rather take pictures. ^_^
