Give a forfeit option (still requires team vote) when there's a high enough disparity in a certain team stat IE..
Team GPM and Team XP over 10K difference (arbitrary number)
or
Difference in kills and/or difference in towers up.
There should be enough data on just those categories alone at this point that shows when a game is pretty much unwinnable.

The idea of a surrender option sucks though because it would get rid of that odd incredible match where you do actually completely beat the odds and end up winning even though you should have lost a long time ago. My last match was like that, and people were calling GG 45 minutes in. At 60 minutes I almost single-handedly took out the entire enemy team and then marched in to their base (which had yet to be scratched) and took out their ancient while my ancient was seconds away from death. If there was a surrender option, that would have never happened.

I was playing a game today and I couldn't buy anything from the shop instead it only dragged the icons around, had to restart the game. Anyone got any ideas what happened?
Probably not until all his quirks are worked out. He's still kinda buggy (i.e. stealing Spectre's dagger giving free cliff walking the rest of the game)

Thanks, wish I knew that when I was playing would have restarted right away and not when the creep wave spawned.
I'm only finally getting into DOTA 2 now, had the beta for a while, played a good four games today winning all of them.
I've got another question though, can you toggle passives on and off? Like can you turn Luna's Moon Glaive off?

No surrender before 20, needs 4/5 before 30 mins, 3/5 after.
I honestly don't see why people feel the need to make stomping games last longer than 20 minutes. I have fun when I win massively for a few minutes, but it gets boring quickly.

We were doing good in the begining then PL got fat and started destroying us, we lost mid rax and then I think top rax, they had all t3 up. Then we had one huge push and took a rax, I was omni, ended up getting refresher so that helped a ton. Then our ancient was getting attacked by creeps and we ended up wiping while attacking their throne even though someone on our team wasnt hitting it
. Then we saved our ancient and pushed again and somehow won. 70 min game ugh

Is there a trick to this bullshit, or is he just activating rot until he's dead and getting lucky? It kept happening even when we had lots of damage going out on him (3-4 man gank a few times, denied 2 of the 3).
Seems like a stupid mechanic. Never seen it happen more than once in a game until this one. Probably part of the reason we were underleveled too.
