lol, no. I was just spectating a game while trying various settings to correct the issue. PL provided the best example because of the long weapon shadow.

to answer your question, the supposed fix is zipping up the "cfg" folder (Steam --> steamapps --> common --> dota2beta --> dota) and uploading it to mediafire/dropbox/whever.

If you don't mind, I'll certainly give it a try.

For future reference, if anyone ends up having the pixelated shadow issue when set to high resolution, this appears to indeed be the way to fix it.

Played two games today. Midway through the first, the server went down. Reconnect didn't work out.
After the last one, nobody got an item after Roshan and the one for winning the match doesn't appear in my backpack. What's going on?
