So, since Reverse Captain's Mode is confirmed, I think we should try reviving IHL using that. Mostly, because its impossible to get mad at and is usually just a lot more and laid back. I feel IHL fell because people would just get mad at eachother.

IHL went under because the skill disparity is too large. Good players with a bad team can still stomp bad players with a bad team.

yes...but the shadow will null any prior essences (except unusual) imbued I believe

I believe Unusuals -> Dark, or Dark -> Unusuals is bugged atm and is going to be fixed, so I would hold off on doing anything with those until later on. I don't remember which of the two.. so avoid either just to be safe I guess

Slark needs a hat because he's a fish out of water. Doesn't want to dry up as quickly. Rest of the aqua team are like reptiles.

Yea I those 2 are just sitting in my Inv for the moment, dunno what to do with them, I kinda wanna trade Em all of that for a mythical baby rosh. I mean if by some miracle someone did do that I would still flip flop like a fish out of water.

Puck's base model is nightmare fuel.
You dont get a gold baby roshan for beating the record once, you get it for holding the record when the cycle finishes.
I also dont understand how axe was killing people (plural). His CD is... well I dont know but the current record is 5 seconds. Did he have a refresher?
he used it on me once after aoe, then on SS same sceneario, and I'm pretty sure he did it on another guy

Nope. Or uses a spell, or uses an item. And dust won't help because Dark Pact removes debuffs, so you best stock up on sentries or a gem.
Slark is great, one of my old favorites. He's the definition of snowball hero. Has some hardcore weaknesses and I feel like he needs some buffs, but he's a lot of fun if you can get over how squishy he can be. Crazy mobility roaming ganker.

Oh, yeah, and the regen and ms bonus of his ulti are actually passive, so as long as you're not seen by enemies you have those even without activating the ulti.
Sounds rage inducing, adding him to my "must play" list.

No he can't actually SEE the observer/sentries, he can just tell they're there because his passives go out. Either that or there's an invis hero standing right on top of him . Or a beastmaster hawk.

If you notice you regen going really slow all the sudden you can tell. Can't actually see them no.

Still seems useful, hence why I asked. Just knowing that they have wards in certain lanes or patches of the map is probably useful.

Slark's Invis isn't really invis though as he leaves a huge trail of dark cloud(at least that's how it is in Dota 1) so you'll know where he is during stealth.
What makes slarks annoying is his passive Essence Shift, which is basically Decay, mini Desolator, Static Link and Mana burn all in one auto attack.

For some reason no playdota guides recommend Medallion on him, but it seems to me like that would be core. Mana regen, armor, and an active that you can use while invis.
