I mean CKs illusions deal a shit ton of damage, so if it truly doubles illusion damage... that's frikken huge--ulti or no. Unless I misunderstood milk and the bug only applies to illusions hitting creeps. Probably not worth the item slot on manta heroes though.

It only affects creeps.
It gives you 32% extra damage from the main hero's base damage instead of the illusion's base damage.
I think the biggest problem is that it makes it viable to send pl illusions to farm woods without the hero at level 6 or so.

Actually, I don't think it buffs CK's illusions any more then normal. The problem is right now for PL, it is screwing up the math. The Illusions Reduces damage to 30% normal, then the QB gives them +30% damage to creeps. This should make them do 40% damage to creeps, but instead it just adds them together to 60%.

For CK, since his illusions don't have reduced damage though, they just do the same.

Wow, no wonder PL's are coming out with 400ish cs 30 mins in. That's insane.

I wouldn't let them repick, only picking PL because they want to exploit (like Milkman).

They should be happy if their only punishment is not being allowed to repick.

Just had my first good game as Puck today, supporting a team of PA, Sven, Spirit Breaker and Antimage and going like 4/8/18. I finally realized the potency of Orb-Rift-Coil
 
I am making some pimping on my autoexec.cfg and I need something. Is there any way to print on screen? Thing is I have made a way to toggle an option on/off , but would like to have some visual clue to i know if you are actually turning off or on.

That's true for the most part, though mag could have farmed mid with shockwaves, and puck can more easily get away from a Gyro playing flak cannon build (aka "is their carry on Gyro?") than he can the constant slow and continuous damage that you get going up against a bat.

Still, puck requires a very specific knowledge and playstyle at top level; you're either a Puck master or you're a liability.
