That doesn't change the main advantages of blink dagger over force, which is what he asked.
Advantages of force staff over blink are the easier build up, ability to use on allies and enemies, and ability to use in combat.

Also I would never buy a force staff on Meepo / SK / Enigma / Earthshaker / etc. Blink is far superior for those heroes.

Has nothing to do with "smarter play".

idk, feels kinda like slark pounce. You just line it up and it works

I wrote an overly long guide for beginners. My goal was to just focus on typical problems beginners have, but it got too long. I might slim it down later. Any tips or advice would be useful.

Great guide. I don't know if you have the proper software, but making a video guide along these same lines would be really awesome. Everyone loves a video guide.

I don't know if you ever saw it, but I made a post a little while ago with some suggestions:

Hey Forkball, I know you were looking for some suggestions for your beginner's guide. I thought of some, after playing a few recent matches.

Most guides seem to be: "How to do so and so effectively." And they assume that if you follow their instructions, you will win or do well. But what about some tips on what to do when you get stuck with an incompetent team? For example:

1) Tips on how to farm/play a hard carry when your team does not support you (i.e. almost every low-tier team).

2) How to manage with an incompetent lane partner (feeds/afks/runs around aimlessly), so it's basically you vs two opponents in lane.

3) What to do when the mid game starts and your teammates start getting ganked — Should you stay in your lane and try to farm? Should you run to go help them?

Now, you pretty much answered question 3:

After you’ve leveled up a bit, and maybe even took down a tower (or lost one), people will start to roam around the map trying to knock down towers in different lanes, trying to kill enemies, or trying to place wards to give vision. This is known as “mid game.” No one really announces when to start doing this, but you will develop a feel for when it’s time to move out of your lane (or when your teammate is screaming at you).

I’m like level 10 now, where do I go?
: This depends on what’s happening in your game. Maybe you need to go to another lane to defend or attack a tower. Maybe an enemy is in an open spot where you can kill them. Maybe you need to put more wards down. Maybe you need to stay right next to your tower because the entire enemy team is coming for you. Talk to your team and assess what’s happening.

wondering if im ever gonna stream again, because russians are so fucking bad mannered and have no respect for any other people
a kinda developed country with absolutely shitty attitudes to human rights (par exemple denying freedom of press and gay rights) and having an extremely shitty attitude, most of them are just arrogant without being especially good, and their attitude shows in dota too

The saddest thing about playing Dota 2 has been watching a prejudice form in real-time.

.

I didn't have any respect for Russia before that either.
I'm half Finnish, they invaded my country as the USSR and they still have a fucking shit attitude about everything after being the collapse of the Soviet Union and think they're one of the "super powers" of the world".
They are extremely arrogant and don't even try to communicate with anyone trying to communicate with them in English, and they're an extremely shit country so they don't have anything to back up the arrogance with.
So please don't talk about any prejudice being formed in real-time, it's just confirmed from what I expected, it's exactly the same as in any other multiplayer game I've played before.

Sorry if it has been posted, but Sing and Waga's team was presented today, they have EGM as a offlaner and they will decide between CWM, Mini and Notahax for the supporter roles. http://es-es.twitch.tv/thegdstudio/b/362950604

They are all moving to Stockholm and dedicate full time, looks promising although they don't seem top-notch players to my limited knowledge of the scene.

So your saying I shouldn't have any respect for English swines.
I'm Indian, they invaded my country as the Great Empire and they still have a fucking shit Queen who won't give back our crown jewels.
They are extremely arrogant (Meteorain) and don't even try to communicate (Wes) with anyone trying to communicate with them in English, and they're an extremely shit country as its always raining.

don't forget they invented the shit game that is cricket

So at the start of January I had 5 hours played of dota 2 and zero real games.

Start of Feb it's this

and my record is 45-46

Game just pulled me in

Some bad matches tonight :(.

Had a troll warlord question my choice of maelstrom on dk, then he asked why I got daedalus instead of mkb.

Same person in question also maxed his bash by level 7. Dis mm.

Had the best match of my life tonight. I doubt I'll ever top that. I laned with KotL and we started harassing the Gyro and Outworld Dev right away; they had absolutely no answer to our combined nukes, so we free farmed bottom lane and got fat. Then they tried to gank us and failed miserably, so my team went on the offensive. Things just escalated from there.

Such a pleasure to lane with a good support player.

Stop being Russian then.

I may have 8 ethnicites, but Russian is not one of them.

Anyone else have the problem of when trying a new hero out, you get stuck with a terrible team, so you really have no idea if you're just bad with that hero or if it was the team bringing you down? I swear, every time I try out someone new, this happens. Yet, I'll go play a game with one of the few heroes I play constantly and the whole team just wrecks the opposing team.

Sounds like you're losing your lane/ feeding and bringing your team down.

Man I just love a good fucking Scepter DS ult. Me and a Lion teammate 2v5d an enemy team with Vacuum, Wall, Impale. Slark image doing 140% dmg destroyed them all

Just had a game with Riki and me as Nyx on my team, and BH and PL on the enemy team. So many gems lost throughout the game. I think there were 5 bought over the course of the game.
