So I'm guessing he's a carry, since Arcane Bolt has a low cooldown and scales, as well as Ancient Seal scaling nicely with Arcane Bolt.
For skills, I'm guessing max Ancient Seal first, then Concussive Shot, and Arcane Bolt last, taking ult every level you can.
For items, it's mostly Int items you want here, right?

Yikes, I didn't even look at his stats. Then maybe you want an Atos, Scythe, Linkens, Force Staff. Is there something I'm missing here? I've never tried to come up with a build for a new hero.
It does enough as a nuke and pretty awesome in laning phrase
And 2 second cd mean you can cast 2 or 3 of them on your opponent heroes.
you can either chose to max W or E along, but Q is a must imo.

I consider Clockwerk to be the anti-Drow. She's not a problem if you have a good Clockwerk on your team to hunt her with.
I'd definitely do drums.

"Added stricter system implementing communication (voice and text) bans for abusive players." Sorry, but what does this mean? Does this mean it's harder abusive players to get communications ban? Or abusive players have more communications restriction? Or something else?
About Spectre's desolate, it says, "Deals bonus pure damage when Spectre attacks an enemy hero with no nearby allied units." No nearby allied units, does that include creeps, or are creeps not included?
Also, Elder Titan looks terrible.

I would go: W Q Q E R Q Q then I dunno. Gotta max his Q first for that cooldown, and with no int items it will hit for more than concussive at level 8. Looking forward to trying him, getting sat on mid, then never playing him again.
And I dunno how you guys can say titan looks terrible without seeing full screens/hero in motion. Calm down, try not to GAF dogpile before release.

B- Could use improvement.
Didn't know this was a bug. Just thought it was how it worked. I can now just leave it on auto I guess.

Maybe a Soul ring ? god I can only see myself always being low mana, even without the use of the ult.
Guess I'll play him only when there is a crystal maiden ( never ) and a pugna ( never ).

I just tried SM in a custom game.
The mana cost really isn't that horrible.
With a Hex and Atos alone I had about 20+mana reg on level 18. That's enough to nearly sustain an ultimate every cooldown. If you have any additional +% mana items then it gets even more feasible.

He has a high mana pool. iirc I only went 3 branches and boots, he had 800 mana at level 6.

Atos seems to be a solid pick up early on. He could really use that health and slow to keep them in mystic flare.
Hero is fun as hell, could wind up being one my faves. Too soon to tell, though. Pairing him with Outworld Devourer could make for an absolutely brutal teamfight combo team (Ancient Seal and Essence Aura), to the extent that you could probably roll with a full utility team without worry.

I think she got slightly reworked again. It's most noticeable around the eyes.
Stun ults that go through bkb. Best is probably Bestmaster but Tide, Bane and quite a few others are good too. Having a basher is good since it goes through bkb. Ghost scepter to make yourself not take damage when he tries to kill you with rage. Force staff to get away, shadowblade to get away. Lots of stuff really.
With a low cooldown spell like Arcane Bolt, I'm more afraid by mana regen than mana pool. Thought Des0lar's number are reassuring... a little. I make basilius ( when I probably shouldn't ) on too many hero for that very reason, so an hero with a spammable spell, and a low cooldown/high mana cost ult, is kind if my kryptonite. ^ ^"

Played spirit breaker for the first time wow he is incredibly much fun.
Charging all over the map, the 20 second cooldown 500-600 dmg (depending on speed) aoe 2 second stun ult with skepter, the primal roar sound he makes every time he charges, it's frigging hilarious.

You have to decide early. Sheepstick, eul, ghost. Decent players will have contingency plans for PL and Naix.

Life Stealer doesn't like relatively low-HP heroes that are packing lots of armour.

(Also Bane, Beastmaster, and anyone that has something that goes through BKB, but I like Batrider the best against him.)

Troll throws lifestealer in the garbage. I think ursa may as well. In general force staff is great, ghost sceptre as well. Pick an agressive toplane that can push the lane and then gank jungle, he's insanely easy to gank in jungle before 6. Omni ult also pretty good.
