Any news on when it will be released?
Yeah, the first DQB is very story driven. The gameplay involves running through quests given by NPCs as your progress through four different story chapters. The game explores a scenario where the Dragonlord won in DQ1 and you have to rebuild the world in the aftermath. The sequel will likely cover a completely different story, though what that will be is anyones guess right now.Almost bought the first game on the Vita yesterday. But pulled back thinking I rather play it in the Switch in hope of it coming. Today we get the sequel!
Never played the first game... is it story driven? So this sequel will be total brand new?
Switch means life
You guys think they'll make a Switch port of the first game in the interim?
What he means is, SE is showing better support for the Switch than Capcom, which is true.

They're showing better support for Switch than most publishers, not sure why Capcom is being singled out. Aside from MH World, Capcom has barely even announced any new games recently either.
OT: I'll definitely check this out on Switch. Really enjoyed the demo for Builders but it came out at the wrong time for me.
I guess they switched from PhyreEngine or, for some reason, the Switch is compatible with it.
Switch is the new Vita for JRPGs.
