Great OT, I forgot about this and the stuff coming out of it looks so good! Are you able to put in your own sound effects/music into it? I'd like to use it to create some kind of music video for my own music.

Yes, everything in Dreams is made in Dreams. There's nothing you can't do.

What about taking music already made from outside of dreams? That is possible? How are assets put into it?
There are many ways of adding sounds from an outside source. The easiest way is to just record it with a headset or the camera but the ability to upload sounds directly into Dreams is being added back in soon. It was removed because of technical issues. You don't put assets into Dreams. As I said, everything in Dreams is MADE in Dreams. You can either make your own assets or use another persons assets.

Just for now, take a pic of it and then link that pic here. :) Then either share, as Psykodad suggested or link your Youtube channel to your PS4 account, if you have a YT channel, and use Sharefactory to upload footage.

To get back on topic. I found super cool the idea of tweaking properties to get different material surfaces it's like alchemy, super fun and challenging to get it right.

I have barely done any sculpting. Only recently I tried to create some concepts I needed for testing animations. Already happy to be able to make basic shapes. lol

You can combine them too to create different effects. Making things plastic with a hint of metal, and then making the sun as large as possible, creates cell shading ... :)

Great thread! A lot of amazing content to check out.

I hope they keep the dreams alive by bringing it to the PS5 as well.

That's great thanks... glad you don't need it for dream surfing. I'm just downloading Dreams now. Playing it for the first time when it's done :)
Head over to my channel and take a look at my collections.

Your channel on Dreams? I will take a look, sure.

I'm using the move controllers... all I can say is: wow... they are so stable. During the introduction though, after you possess the cone, and then use the watering can... I couldn't progress up the beanstalk after that. I have to restart.
