:lol That's so awesome. I think after all this, this E3 has been my favorite. Its like they took it to a whole rew level of extrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeemmmmmmmmeeeee!
The best part about that is the scripted line on the teleprompter that Joel never said
"Are you guys seeing this, am I having a stroke right now?" :lol :lol

This is the "New Testament" of the conference. Shot like a bootleg movie, this shows an alternate take on the events witnessed. There is no editing.:

These aren't the full URLs, so clicking on them will do nothing. Anybody have the full versions of the URLs?
I just finally got around to watching this conference today, and... wow. I think I've gone to Konami's briefing the last two years, but didn't get to go this year. I so, so hate myself for that.

Here it is (the text and gifs were mixed in real time with the music so excuse any sync issues and possibly some words I might have understood differently) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOfUnxFGPY0
Thanks to the awesome track that jarosh made and to everybody that made the gifs.
This conference made me so happy... It really endears me to Konami actually.
That was a batshit insane conference.. but did anyone think it actually reflected a bad direction for Konami as a company? It made me feel good that a Japanese company can be just as insane as ever. :lol
what did you use for that video? i'm not very familiar with vjing in general. i would have liked to make something with the original footage. all i wanted is to chop it all up, have trigger points for the different voice samples, mess a bit with quick back and forth between reverse/slo-mo/fast forward and just always jump to the corresponing part in the video for every voice sample. i don't even want any text like you have in yours. just chopping and messing with that one stream of video. but there must be a better way to do this than using basic editing software that clearly wasn't made for that sort of thing. any ideas?

I used a program called Arkaos GrandVJ which I used at Yuri's Night here in Portugal at a local University, it can do a lot of stuff with video as well, but I just did text with your music since doing it with video would probably take a lot more time. Because I mixed the text with the music in realtime that only took about 40 minutes to setup. I'm pretty sure you'd have to use some kind of video editing software to get the result you want, but I have no idea which one.
So awesome I can't stop laughing. I can't even imagine what the guy in front was thinking. Being creeped on so closely.

All good things must come to an end. With E3 over, and with all Konami faithful moving on with their lives, let us have a moment of silence as this thread is archived for future generations.
