Yep as others have said, Borne spelled this way means 'carried'

A disease carried in the blood, is a Bloodborne disease.

Miyazaki said he is the main director and he is fully involved with the game. Why do you care so much about his assistant?

Fuel system is garbage but everything else about the game is great(gameplay especially).
If it was a full release it would probably be one off the best of the series.
