If her face length is 11 inches, then P=.72534
I don't know where to go from there. How many inches of "protrusion" do you think is a good estimate?

"Formulas" for calculating these sort of things are almost always inaccurate, and in the few cases where they are somewhat correct, it is a result of a ton of research.

At best, you can infer breast size from various measurements - as whatever determines your length might be linked to breast tissue growth (e.g., hormones as Devolution pointed out earlier) - but you'll never be able to get an algorithm in which you put in superficial bodily measurements and get an approximation of an artificial bra-suspension holding system score.

Women should get a professional bra fitting if they haven't already done so. Many tits and their associated backs and shoulders go through years of torture because the proper size was never discovered or because it changed over time. It doesn't take a lot of time and the people who do the fitting mostly just want you to buy their higher-end bras, and the sales pitch isn't like you're at a Mercedes dealer.
