From what I know about this, it won't actually be named "dislike", but more like a way to sympathize with people in not-happy posts. Also, apparently it won't be available in every post, just the ones FB identifies as the ones it can be used, which is why it's been complex to develop.

I can't wait to dislike the hell out of every status update complaining about being an adult or being single.
