Huh that never happened to me in 3 or vegas. I always had my weapons in top shape because I always picked up everything. Isnt that what everyone did?![]()
Nope, I only kept the best due to weight. My shit broke all the time.

...Or take LCK for example, the single most overpowered stat in any RPG ever!...
Game looks a million times better than Witcher 3.
If youre fishing for a ban, there are more amusing ways to go about it dude. Just saying
I don't think he's gonna get banned for that
Lol

do we know what the differences are between difficulties?
Survival isn't permadeath or limiting saves, right? If it i just harder, less resources, more focus on crafting, while also better loot drops, then it seems like the most fun, immersive way to play.

Sounds like you are arguing against the arguer and not the argument. Typical
It's the shit I was scared of ever since they've showed the footage at E3. 4 wheel dialogue are terrible and I knew Bethesda wasn't going to be component enough to have them be as expansive as previous games. Really disappointing. Worst of all their writing is subpar to Bioware's (who are not amazing either) so it makes no sense to go this route.https://www.reddit.com/r/Fallout/comments/3r3alz/new_screenshots_and_more/
Well this sounds like a huge step backwards :/
So in end game scenario no body is "special" anymore? 10 in all stats across the board or is there a level cap? I thought it was said there was no cap.
I cannot wait to build my own town, I really hope it's a satisfying system.

Most of the time conversations boiled down to just saying every line excluding stat specific actions and actual choices involving the course of the quest. Just a guess on my part but maybe they did it because of that? Just stick most the lines together so you weren't just going through dialog like a checklist.
lockpicking in f3 ok (prefer oblivions system tbh)
but I hated the hacking
youd think they would at least attempt something better
In the case of New Vegas, there were times that where you have 4+ options of dialogue that you can say to someone that said the full line and wasn't categorize into certain departments. By that I mean, in F4 you only 4 options and they all are very short summaries ("HATE NEWSPAPER") and are categorized (Up option is always a question, left option is always neutral, right option is always negative, and down option is always positive.)
Just by looking at it it lacks the depth of the older games. Now we have people who have the game that agree.
And again I wouldn't mind if Bethesda's writing was amazing but it ain't. Not when you get something like "HATE NEWSPAPERS" as an option.
Here's a new piece of info - in Boston city you can walk inside any building without loading screen. Some buildings have elevators up -- during those rides it silently (and quickly) loads. Source: leaked video.

The map is only the size of Skyrim?
When I first played Skyrim it felt HUGE but not sure how it's gonna feel after playing The Witcher 3. How does Fallout 3's map compare to Skyrim? I felt that NV's map was a little small but FO3 felt much bigger.
If you enjoy Bethesda games, you already know that the quests are a bit " dull " with little narrative, backstory or justification (You get to a town and everyone wants your help, without doing much, you do 4 silly quests and you're the guild master of some faction) which, coming this wear from The Witcher 3 or New Vegas, can be a bit dull, if this isn't an issue, I think it's borderline impossible that this game doesn't fascinate the fans of Bethesda
any news on preloading from Steam?
The hacking wasn't bad when I found out the quirks behind it.

I went through both games having no idea you could do this. As long as this is still in, I'm alright with the hacking being the same.

Are you fucking kidding me?????
REALLY?
I've played both 3 and NV for hundreds of hours and i had NO IDEA. HOLY SHIT.

Not to shit on this game, but I can't be the only one who's seeing this as Fallout 3 with better graphics? Seems very uninspired and "safe"...
RTFM
My absolute biggest worry. Thought VO would be a horrible way to go but had no idea it'd get ME levels of simplified. This just sounds like a giant step backwards at the moment. The range of dialogue and options therein has always been the important part of Fallout for me. I don't care about the square miles and improved shooting, just give me the option to be someone other than Polite Hero or Jerk Villain.

Let me guess, people not knowing you can remove duds and replenish tries by selecting bracketed strings?Holy crap, mind blown!

Any info on the existence of a Hardcore mode like NV? I was worried that Bethesda might not include it and would have to wait for mods
No hardcore mode. Bethesda doesn't like to acknowledge the things Obsidian did right. Couple that with no weapon conditions and we keep moving father and father away from an RPG shooter to a shooter with RPG elements.Any info on the existence of a Hardcore mode like NV?
