Hey since this is taking place at the same location where FFIX, X, XI were announced, who knows, they might announce FFXVI, FFXVII, FFXVIII. FFXVI by Ito, FFXVII by Toriyama, and FFXVIII by Mistwalker.

These are my guesses. Not really sure what else could possibly be shown without them breaking the boundaries of it being an anniversary event apart from further remasters of older titles.

I would be down for this .... instead we'll get a brand new episodic final fantasy game where each episode is a tiny open world with a realtime combat system, only 1-3 characters but there will be HD toilets !
I am looking forward to whatever is showcased at this 30th anniversary event in all seriousness though. We won't find out anything to do with FFXVI though.
A brand new trailer for FF7R will be shown , possibility of a demo version being included with FFXII HD... which will get a final release date (I'm thinking May).
Dissidia will unveil a couple of characters as well as a console release date (for Japan)
FF8/9 will receive PS4 ports based up on the PC releases (fast forward, win buttons, etc)
FF3/4 (the DS versions) will also get PS4 ports
A trailer will be shown for all the FFXV DLC as well as announcing the major performance patch and a roadmap of what's coming in 2017 and when to expect it.
Possibly some new details on FFXIV stormblood shown off , PS4Pro patch, etc

Square hasn't said anything about a livestream yet, but it will probably happen, considering the event's page has this little notice (Google Translated):

World of FF Switch port I could totally see happening and FFXV DLC info and FFXII HD release date. Not sure about Dissidia.
I'd place my bet on teaser for FFVII Remake along with a new Ivalice game (a man can dream! Hey! It's also Tactic's 20th during that event too so you never know!)

I'm not asking for much, but we should at least get Itou directing Final Fantasy XVI, an HD remake of Final Fantasy I overseen by Sakaguchi, Final Fantasy XIII-4, Tactics II directed by Matsuno (with confirmation that he's also going to be doing a new Ogre game once that finishes), and My Life as a King 2 for the Switch. I figure that's the minimum that Square would give us for this, right?

I'm really excited for this event! Feels like waiting for E3 for me. I've been in love with Final Fantasy since I was 6 years old, and no matter how bad or strange it gets, it has my undying support! Hope there are many entries to come.
