Final Fantasy VII on PSN Today! whos downloading?

I still have my greatest hits version and honestly I don't really care to play it.

It was nice the first time around but that was years ago and these days I'm too much of a graphics whore to enjoy that game.

Also no way in hell I'm walking up 60+ floors of the Shinra Building again.

Once its on your PS3, you can copy it to your PSP. If you get an error, you probably have a different region account on your PSP than your PS3(vice versa) or you havent connected both system correctly.

Hmm, do I connect via remote play and download it from my PS3 to PSP that way?

Not up yet. I'll be buying this and selling my complete black label version on eBay, just like I did with SOTN and Suikoden. I plan on doing it with all my PS1 games.

You can buy it directly from the PSP or PC. You can remote play and access the PS3 store front possibly for faster speed but you still need to copy it to your PSP, so not recommended lol.

I'll be buying it mostly just to have it available on PSP. It'll be nice to have it all as one file too.

I'm curious to see what the price will be. They could probably get away with putting it up for $29.99, but I hope it at least stays under $20.

Hence, why FFVII, works so damn well on the PSP screen instead of blown up on a tv/monitor even through an emulator. The game itself is pretty clean for a PS1 game because of the simpler polygons and gourad shading SD RPG style characters on top of pre-rendered backdrops which lower resolution translate well to the PSP resolution and screen size.

I've never played it myself, so thanks to everyone who spoiled the game 4327907329372347304743 times over the years.

That's what you get for only owning a N64 during that generation.

Well, that and 6 months between games worth playing.

ZING!

You should still get it though. Everyone needs to play FF3 (6), FF7 and Chronno Trigger. Pinnacle of a genre right there.

hmm....weird question but I wonder if old ps1 saves work for it.

That would be kinda cool if so....

In that case I could use any of my old saves OR those who don't want to go through Shinra building again could upload a save off the net from when you get out of Midgar

I'll buy it to support it, but I converted my own discs to PSP format and beat the game on-the-go last year, around when Crisis Chore hit.

I've never owned it or completed it, but I have played it quite a bit. So I'll check it out if it's not some unreasonable price.

Not going to buy. But glad they're putting it on the store for those who want it. We need a lot more PSone classics. I seriously hope there's no remake in the future, though. I really don't want that.

I sold my black label copy for a nice chuck of change a while back. I don't have any immediate urge to start a new playthrough (I've played this game to death, and then some), but... I may still pick it up if the price is still in my impulse buy range.

Not holding my breath, knowing SE.

I sold my PC version a couple years ago. Never played this on a console, and never played it in English either. I'll grab it definitely.
