If the translation I read was correct, they admitted that it isn't 60fps 100% of the time, but it should be pretty close to that.

I guess they got smooth 60fps on linear parts but the open world parts and big boss battles suffers below that.

But that speculation of my part.

I meant High Quality Mode (which has improved graphics) could be displayed in 1080p in 60 FPS on the PS4 PRO, no need to be in higher resolution: just the maximum details in 1080p @ 60 FPS would be optimal.

Wildly fluctuates between 30 and 60fps. Expect DF to tear it apart
