Just got the same email even though all 3 of my codes worked yesterday, but still no Gold Reglaia code. *sigh*

If anyone has one and don't mind giving it away, I'd be happy.
 
Contacted Amazon customer support again. This one had no info about the FF XV dlc codes even after providing all the information, Roadtrip and weapon description on their site lol. She just gave me, oh, an email will be sent to you within 24 hours. That does not help me. I still don't have the weapons dlc.
The code they sent me never worked.
 
I've never even gotten the codes email at all when I selected redeem dlc yesterday :/

And square is only saying be patient. Ha.

I think they should work, they're from the second E-Mail that I was sent, but these two items worked in the first E-Mail that I got, so I didn't need them.

So I got the 3 weapons and the golden regalia, is that it? I ordered the deluxe edition and thought that it was also going to give me the masamune and leviathan regalia. Was I wrong?

The Masamune dlc should be included with your game. Mine was in there.

How long did people wait for their replacement codes in their email??? Thinking of contacting their customer support again.

It's in the game case if you bought it physical
 
If there's one code I want, it's the Angler Set...I'd like for them to release it on the SEN Store quickly.
A shame this Road Trip wasn't available in Europe :( I got King's Tale instead though so that's a plus (I didn't know I would get it with Amazon)

Come the fuck on Square, it's been 3 fucking days already and this is the best you can do?
I only got the Gold Chocho Regalia skin and still waiting on my weapon codes. If anyone can spare a few codes I would greatly appreciate it and I would give my codes to other gaffers after I finally get my set.
 
I would really, really love to get the Mage Mashers. If anyone has a spare code they're willing to part with, please keep me in mind.
 
I just got my email with the codes for Blazefire Saber + Travel Pack, Mage Mashers + Camera Kit and Deadly Gae Bolg + Gourmand Set. Sweet!
 
Just got my codes, but only one (Mage Mashers + Camera) actually worked. The other two were duds.
Now I will try in vain to contact Customer Service.

Yeah, just got my codes too but only the Gugnir+travel pack worked. Where do you see your ticket history? SE customer support is fantasy based on reality bad.
 
I entered 2/3 of my Amazon codes, but when I go to redeem another code on the website I'm getting an error. How convenient! btw I got two sets of codes, if all three of these work I will give someone the others.

Okay, the Blazefire was the only code that didn't work, so I have codes for Gae Bolg and Mage Masher. First reply to this gets them.

Check your purchase history. The same thing happened to me but the third code did actually register despite the error.

For people who don't want to wait for shitty SE to sort this out go to Amazon chat support and tell them you never got the codes for Amazon road trip. Link them to the promo page and say you need another "access code" for the road trip and tell them it should be a 16 digit, all numerals code (you can also ask for the chocobo code if you haven't gotten it). You should get a new code in a day. Then make a new account on the road trip site, link your code, and play the dumb games again. You should get your item codes immediately this time.
 
Awesome! Never got the emails for the codes in the first place, but they sent me an email with 3 replacement codes. At first, the blazefire saber one didn't work, but I tried again and it worked the second time. :) Very happy about this.

I have gae bolg but do not have the others. Definitely would take the others if you haven't given them out already :).
 
I didn't get my codes the first time around so I contacted Amazon and got another code to do all the minigames again but now when I try to play the games they don't work? The first game with the "tap and hold" isn't even working. Is anyone else having this issue?
 
I did the whole road trip "quest" game on the site, and afterwards realized that I didn't get the DLC weapons unless I pre-ordered from Amazon. Another thing the UCE didn't include....

Anyone got any extra codes for the weapons?
 
I got a replacement email with new codes even though I already got the items, who wants them?

Edit: I'm dumb and didn't realize they were for Xbone.

Probably easier if I just leave these here, I guess the Road Trip website changed my preferred console from PS4 to Xbone. If anyone has the game on Xbone, enjoy.
