Oh hell yeah. When I got invited and saw the white room. O M G. That's sexy! Now if they are able to let us chat and type ala Resistance Lobby, that'll kick butt.

I tried the turning on and off the PS3 via PSP and I love it Gonna' be out in the weekend so that's a good way to test it out.

Yea it did that for me too. I assumed since I had the firmware from ratchet, it didnt need to download everything :x

So information bar is region-locked by hardware. Even if I'm in my US PSN account I only get the JPN bar.

*shrug* I'm sure the JPN one will be updated more often anyhow.

You can turn it off by pressing Triangle on the icon and disabling it.

The PSN icon is separate from the Network icon because it's only meant for PSN stuff (Home, PS Store, PS Media Store, etc.).

It will get it's own icon (under the PSN icon/group), but it doesn't look like it'll get it's own group anymore.

PLAYSTATION Network XMB group - The PLAYSTATION Network will get its own icon on the XMB, and will be featured between Network and Friends. Within the PLAYSTATION Network, you'll be able to access the PLAYSTATION Store and Account Management. "Other features" will be included in the future, such as Home.

I rather the PSN one look like the rest of the XMB icons. it stands out like pus filled penis infected by syphilis. Doesn't fit with the simplistic look of the the rest of the XMB icons.

I think they finally found a way to let us update only the updated portions of the firmware rather than the whole thing every time. When my PS3 rebooted after installing I got this screen for a couple seconds:

I've never seen that before, and it only happened upon the first reboot.

Mine did the same thing, it says it will turn itself off after some time but I just went in and disabled it until there is a 3.72 M33 release so I can actually use it

It isn't a GUI, it is a command line app.

once in the cmd line goto the directory it is in and paste this line

p3tcompiler.exe sample\01\sample.xml

that will compile the sample they have.

Eh? How do you organise games? From what I can see there's only a small number of preset groupings, and no way to customise your own folders. That was the feature I was looking forward to the most.

Go to the game or demo and Press triangle and click on information.

Then type in the name of the folder you would like it to belong to eg Demo's

then go back to the game folder and press square until it organises them the way you want

Hit triangle and go down to information. From there you can edit the Album info text and then sort by Album.

Actually you can, it just resets to default after you change the theme. Just change it back to pop or rounded after you select your theme.

You need to put the on the ps3 HDD via mem stick or usb device. You can actually download it straight from the site with the ps3's browser and it will auto install itself.
