It didn't take them long to put out the psp one. So I would assume soon.Speevy said:Where/when is the theme maker?

Yea it did that for me too. I assumed since I had the firmware from ratchet, it didnt need to download everything :xBebpo said:I still don't get why sometimes, like now, my download goes VERY SLOWLY to 60% (maybe took an hour) then a big flash and reset and installs...
Can one of these firmware updates fix their fucking percentage meters. When you're doing stuff like updating firmware that can kill your system it's sort of scary to be installing files that hey might be incomplete...
Killthee said:You can turn it off by pressing Triangle on the icon and disabling it.
The PSN icon is separate from the Network icon because it's only meant for PSN stuff (Home, PS Store, PS Media Store, etc.).
:lolDiatribeEQ said:I'm shocked that they released this update with as little in it as they did. I figured they'd put it all out with a slightly more twaked release of memory management systems.
Ah well. Guess folks get to wait (perhaps) till the next firmware update, eh?
Snah said:Thanks. I thought Home was getting its own icon?
I hope they make the other XMB icons more cohesive by making them colored just like the PSN one.
PLAYSTATION Network XMB group - The PLAYSTATION Network will get its own icon on the XMB, and will be featured between Network and Friends. Within the PLAYSTATION Network, you'll be able to access the PLAYSTATION Store and Account Management. "Other features" will be included in the future, such as Home.

This is a really good sign, 2.00 might be more significant than we're giving credit forDot50Cal said:I think they finally found a way to let us update only the updated portions of the firmware rather than the whole thing every time. When my PS3 rebooted after installing I got this screen for a couple seconds:

I've never seen that before, and it only happened upon the first reboot.
Mine did the same thing, it says it will turn itself off after some time but I just went in and disabled it until there is a 3.72 M33 release so I can actually use itherod said:With Internet startup enabled, my PS3 keeps turning itself on regardless of what my psp is doing :|
It isn't a GUI, it is a command line app.Marty Chinn said:Anyone else have trouble running the theme editor? A dos prompt pops up and disappears and that's all I get.
I just discovered Nero MediaHome was doing that to me.... you have that running?herod said:With Internet startup enabled, my PS3 keeps turning itself on regardless of what my psp is doing :|

BobTheFork said:so before I try to figure this theme maker out, does anyone know if you can put in any font as part of your theme? Thats what I really want.
PowerSmell said:In the theme settings the fonts are a seprate option and don't change with the theme.
iapetus said:Eh? How do you organise games?
Actually you can, it just resets to default after you change the theme. Just change it back to pop or rounded after you select your theme.BobTheFork said:well screw it, I'll just leave it alone then. thanks

You need to put the on the ps3 HDD via mem stick or usb device. You can actually download it straight from the site with the ps3's browser and it will auto install itself.Flesh Into Gear said:how do these work? I just downloaded them from my pc? Do you need to use the PS3's browser or anything?
