It pops up in my Inbox with Fling Sent, can hold to view it, and it says how many people it was sent to.

Not sure what you mean by this. Anything you send should show up in your Inbox under 50(or whatever number) flings sent. Each one has an individual entry which you can view like any other fling you receive.
