Got a delayed email right after i ordered. Then 25 minutes later I got an email with the code and right after that I got an email saying they were sending my code soon. Ordered with Paypal if that matters.

I doubt they'll revoke the codes, but just in case: you can redeem the codes online at www.xbox.com/redeemcode (after signing in to your Xbox Live/Microsoft account, of course).

I would think it is losses all around but it shouldn't be that bad in the grand scheme of things (just one retailer, depends on how many people caught wind of the error, etc...). Obviously, it still sucks for them either way though.

Guys, if you get an email saying your order has been delayed, how long do they project the delay for your specific emails?

For me it says it won't complete until October 1st (tomorrow).

My code just came in and I redeemed it on xbox.com. So now I own the game digitally.

Well I just bought this in Canada even though I already have the physical copy.

I spent $90.40 on the physical copy.

I just spend $27.55 on the digital copy.

Crossing my fingers that I can sell my physical copy for the highest possible amount to bring my total money spent on Forza Horizon 3 to an acceptable amount.

I listed my opened physical copy of Forza Horizon 3 on Ebay. Fingers crossed I sell it for a good price.

They're digital codes, so they don't actually cost anything to create.

Bought it for 20. Email said delayed. New email said here's your code and billed 60 dollars. I called target immediately and they said the email is incorrect they charged me 20 dollars. When I get home I will check my account to double check.
