Unfortunately I can't redeem the code yet as the Xbox One I'll be using it on doesn't arrive until mid-October, but considering the incredible price of entry ($220 for a brand-new Xbone and Forza Horizon 3?!), I'm happy to wait as long as I need to.

I changed the country to US and it went through.

For some reason, Paypal didn't work. I had the same problem as some other people here were experiencing.
I jump to Paypal and confirm the payment, but when I'm taken back to the Target shopping cart page, its back to credit card being selected.

So I changed my payment method to my card and it worked.

Now just waiting for the key to be delivered.

I doubt they'll revoke the codes, but just in case: you can redeem the codes online at www.xbox.com/redeemcode (after signing in to your Xbox Live/Microsoft account, of course).

Got it working from the UK.

Put your card details in and a fake US address and that's really it. If it keeps rejecting it then it's your bank rejecting it which is what happened with me. Then I rang my bank up and authorised it and ordered again and it worked.

You can redeem codes over the web. It'll show up on any Xbox or PC you're logged into.
