But wouldn't target have bought a select amount of codes off MS? Returning any that didn't sell back to Microsoft, along with a portion of the money received from selling them at retail price?

Bought it for 20. Email said delayed. New email said here's your code and billed 60 dollars. I called target immediately and they said the email is incorrect they charged me 20 dollars. When I get home I will check my account to double check.

My email says 60 but my paypal was charged 20. You're good.
