On May 19, 2015, Electronic Arts Inc. (the “Company&#8221 announced that Frank Gibeau, Executive Vice President, EA Mobile has chosen to transition on from the Company. His last day was May 18, 2015.

A copy of the EA Action communication to employees from Andrew Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

EA has never been able to truly keep up with the top players in mobile, but they've taken some steps to be competitive. This guy was at EA for a long time, so wondering if he just had other ambitions outside of the company. Don't think he was forced out.

No, he's a long term EA executive that requested to move over to this department to do the same thing he did with the EA Games division when overhauling it.

However, given his experience and successful management of EA mobile, he's probably getting a very lucrative mobile CEO job.
