Definitely go with PC. Even on your old one.

Damn, I got an NTSC-J 360 just yesterday, and I downloaded it on my NZ account, but when I tried to boot it, I get an error saying "The disc's region is incorrect for the console." Just my luck, I didn't know Games On Demand were region locked.

Ahh, well, I'll have to wait until I get an Xbox One, I guess. That, or grab my PAL 360 from back home.
